I got the ADI shares and now the warrants are listed aswell,well I don't mean to be picky but they could have just given me a load of cash instead...LOL.

just as a side I received the same number of adi as I held rgt although others have posted (implied) that they only received a lesser number of adi shares!

I've had notification that Firstdirect hold the shares certificate for me but wills end to me after 1 April. What happens about the warrants.

You need to phone a company called JP jenkins.

The company that you want to invest in, is now a private company Regen Ltd, with a matched bargain facility to allow rudimentary share trading.

Which means it might be very hard to trade in the Regen Ltd shares.

Ask JP Jenkins how it works they will be able to advise far better than I, if you are patient and place a sensible offer with JP Jenkins you will probably pick up shares from people just wanting to get out of an illiquid share.
