Well my prediction is simply that they haven't managed to grow anything from the existing business so far and that the only thing that they will notably have achieved is an increase in overheads and admin. expenses. I bet that the proportion of overhead from the original holding company attributed to the React operation was substantially lower than the overheads currently being incurred, mainly because ALL of the overhead from salaries, rent etc. is now firmly in the REAT accounts. I'm sure they would have boasted about any growth, whereas in fact the only news has been that the minor acquisition was a dead-duck. Oh well, it was a punt and at least there is an existing business. It remains to be seen whether its just a cash cow for fat cats.

That doesn't make sense - I see no pump spike - its just tailed off downwards, which reflects nothing much happening to shout about.

Is this the same company that was Verdes Management that went 5 years unable to do a deal even though they specialised in helping companies who were in trouble in the biggest downturn in a 100 years where companies were in trouble? LOL - I make this 12 years now with the management unable to make one single deal, where's your mucker Rorrrry who suckered you all in? LOL LOL LOL Muppets!

The share price reaction looks a little overdone though, but its presumably illiquid. I suppose the downside is that they've taken a perfectly good, profitable niche business and added a load of expense to it (BOD etc.) which means it HAS to expand its revenue to just cover the additional costs. The upside is that it may be an area which can be consolidated by bringing together smaller specialists. It looks as if it should be. So is this a group of chancers with other folks money who fancy playing with any old business they can find, or is it a group who have carefully selected a market based on extensive research ?

The worry must be that if they can't take over a very small business without a problem, then what is going to happen with a larger one ? There wasn't any cross-selling and clearly no possible expansion. Do they actually really know anything about the market that's worth knowing ? Anyway, if they ain't going to reply to anyone... mark at morrisonking.co.uk (what's that about ?) gleateswindows7 at live.co.uk might be worth a go

Got out of this stock at 1.7 a while back after watching a presentation by some bloke at the UK Investor Show, something didn't seem quite right about the company - emailed them a few times like others on here and never got anything back - bad sign.

Market Cap under £2m, hopefully they still have around £1m in cash. Major distraction on this small acquisition will now be out the way leading management to concentrate on growing the business. Not bailing out here as hopefully there is a chance they can still do well after this set back.

Bit of an overreaction in my eyes....management moved swiftly on something that's not working out. Focus on a new acquisition Gla

Rummery & Leates should be shown the door and struggling to know why the hell Adam Reynolds is here. Bring in his own people to give us half a chance!

I've emailed them as well. Thanks to years of having to dig and bluff my way into quite high level sales pitches and new contacts, I've got some direct emails as well, so it could prove interesting.

I guess its something to do with the nature of the business itself - unlikely to have many large contracts that will materially affect results and therefore need RNSing. Also its not in a tech. field where there could be alliances, partnerships etc. Most likely RNS's might be new acquisitions I guess. Trading update would be nice though, especially as I thought the idea was to set light to what was previously an underinvested and underexploited business. Unless its also a hopelessly boring business, to which nothing much can be done.
