It may well be of course if the results are as per the TS and the outlook positive, they will have no trouble finding buyers for their shares, indeed there may already be larger investors expressing an interest for all we know, realising they can get hold of these shares when they become available.

Final results will be soon although we sort of know them already from last trading update.

They sold their batch with a 6 month lock as soon as they could in Nov 22, their final batch has a 24 month lock in due May 2024.

The Korinek brothers last batch of shares has a 24 month lock in which doesn't expire until May 2024, so unlikely them!

According to Yahoo Finance there is an Earnings update in 10 days time ... can anyone confirm this? The last statement from the board was that we were firing on all cylinders in each of the 3 groups so I don't think there is anything to panic about.

For the record, 31.1m shares just traded at 1.3p and 1.305p in three tranches. Maybe just institutional swapsies, or perhaps clearance of an overhang.

All that’s in the public domain is a falling share price combined with a tiny £14m cap appointing a joint broker. I hope concerns prove unfounded given the massive discount of the last fund raise. Suspect we’ll find out soon.

so what is your reason for thinking there is going to be a fundraise? The shares are down today but so what it doesn't mean there is going to be a fundraise unless of course you know something that is not yet in the public domain ?

No they don't, jeansey. Any fund raise would be at a discount, so institutions or any individual in the know can sell in the market and buy back cheaper in the raise. (It's illegal before the raise is announced, of course, but happens with an inevitable, depressing regularity).
