14/8/2013 15:22 | Simons tip on Inland given at the same time has had more effect as Inland is up 6%! Highest volume of the last month already, nearly all Buys but the price is not moving much. | 888icb
14/8/2013 15:16 | Will be another tender, major shareholders don't want taxable income. | igbertsponk
14/8/2013 14:57 | Presumably we will find out ex-div (if they intend to pay a dividend as opposed to another tender offer) at the interims due at end of august. | speedsgh
14/8/2013 14:56 | When's the ex-div of this one? | blondeamon
14/8/2013 14:12 | Thanks 888ICB. I saw that in the article. The 5.5% yield quoted is, I believe, the historical yield. I wondered if anyone had any broker/consensus forecasts of the amount (in GBP) to be distributed in 2013. I note that the distribution increased from 3p in 2011 to 3.75p in 2012, a rise of 25%. If this were to be replicated this year, the distribution would rise to c4.65p which would give a prospective yield of c6.7% on the current offer price of 69.5p. However another 25% increase in the distribution is pure speculation on my part, hence my query re broker/consensus forecasts for 2013. | speedsgh
14/8/2013 13:59 | Yield of 5.5% according to IC. Simon Thompsons fair value is 90p so 20p upside from todays price. | 888icb
14/8/2013 13:14 | Plenty of stock being soaked up despite the increase in volume following the Simon Thompson tip. Does anyone have forecast dividend for this year? | speedsgh
14/8/2013 12:19 | Rightly so :-) | owenski
14/8/2013 12:09 | Just tipped by IC's Simon Thompson, more bullish than ever! His target is 90p! | blondeamon
06/8/2013 10:22 | Think you have done well jbar will probably get offer of about 80p for those shares in a couple of weeks. | whilstev
02/8/2013 11:55 | Bought back the shares I tendered. Was waiting to get in under 70 p Results at the end of August which I think will push the shares back to 75 p and above | jbarcroftr
17/6/2013 14:48 | Why sell for 75p when it still costs more than that to buy them ? Bonkers suggestion. | igbertsponk
17/6/2013 09:45 | Why would I with the gap in the NAV as it is? | wayneduncan
15/6/2013 17:18 | I think you regretted not taking the offer. | blondeamon
21/5/2013 17:00 | Surely this isn't going to retrace? | wayneduncan
17/5/2013 11:47 | I didn't take up the offer. Would have been mad to do so IMO as per my post above. Still a bit more to go on this yet. | wayneduncan
17/5/2013 09:07 | I took up the offer, but with hindsight???? | owenski
17/5/2013 09:05 | Statement reads well. NAV still well north of 80p if I remember, this looks set to become a good income share with some capital growth added. I hold a few and am looking to add. | owenski
17/5/2013 09:01 | Glad I didn't accept the tender offer at 75p ! | igbertsponk
17/5/2013 08:56 | in at 68, out at 77.3 thats OK - good luck to those who hold. I'm off somewhere else. | markie7
17/5/2013 08:52 | Pref shares are quoted separately (RUSP) and pay interest at 12% on their principal. They are currently just over 150p, so yield 8%. The scrip alternative is to receive more pref shares instead of cash interest. | igbertsponk
16/5/2013 17:54 | Could someone please explain how preference/scrip dividend shares work please. I understand that scrip dividends are the payment of shares held in the companies treasury rather than paying out money (how does this work for spread betters) And who are preference share holders ? Im under the impression that I am just a regular holder | smith99
16/5/2013 17:16 | looking that way | owenski |
