03/3/2014 08:19 | Anyone adding on this Ukraine inspired dip? See off 13% at 71.7 - looks an interesting entry point assuming the politics don't worsen dramatically. | fangorn2
01/3/2014 09:49 | Further to Igbert's post Hedging The majority of the Group's senior debt portfolio is hedged against US Libor rate rises, with a mix of swap and cap instruments. $426.5 million (31 December 2012: $225 million) has been capped for an average of 3.7 years (31 December 2012: 3.4 years) with an average strike of 1.47% (31 December 2012: 1.93%). $338 million (31 December 2012: $422 million) has been swapped for an average of 3.0 years (31 December 2012: 3.0 years) at an average fixed rate of 1.46% (31 December 2012: 1.86%). We also hedged against the effect on our preference share coupon of Sterling strengthening against the Dollar, capping the US Dollar/Sterling exchange rate at 1.60 for 3.5 years to December 2016. | owenski
23/1/2014 16:16 | Thanks During late October of last year you needed about 31 Rubles for a US Dollar today you need 34.2, a 10.3% depreciation of the Russian currency in three months. All the best. | hawaly
23/1/2014 15:54 | All rents and borrowings are in US$. | igbertsponk
23/1/2014 15:53 | Hi Could someone tell me if there is a potentially damaging exchange rate exposure with this share. Does the company employ hedging against any potential currency risk? Perhaps all transactions are in USD. It's just that as far as I can tell the Russian Ruble has depreciated by approximately 21.7% against Sterling since February last year . There also appears to be speculation about a potential Russian currency devaluation - here is an example of what is being talked about: Thanks | hawaly
06/1/2014 10:29 | Think that is a BIG may. Certainly to get automatic entry. 85p = £625m market cap which doesn't get far enough up the list | igbertsponk
06/1/2014 10:24 | More important is that they may get into the FTSE 250 at the next review. At 85p I think they do.Trackers will be buying in anticipation. | jbarcroftr
06/1/2014 10:09 | Isn't this just the result of converting half their prefs? | caradog
06/1/2014 10:07 | Re last post - this may be the conversion from pref to ord shares... so please ignore! | grahamhacker
06/1/2014 10:06 | Rns-Invesco purchased 96m shares! | grahamhacker
03/1/2014 10:26 | 3 year high - now can it hold? | wayneduncan
03/1/2014 10:25 | breaking out nicely... | pro_better
18/12/2013 14:17 | Tip update again today by ST at IC. Mentions possible increased buying by trackers/funds on the back of prospect of FTSE250 inclusion in March 2014 to support share price. "The bottom line is that Raven Russia's share price could get a boost from technical buying in the months ahead. It would be a move well underpinned by the strong fundamental case to invest which I have been making all year. Needless to say I continue to rate the ordinary shares a buy, and would also recommend that you convert half your preference shares into ordinaries too." | speedsgh
27/11/2013 18:40 | ST liked the update, I guess he'll like the exchange offer for the Prefs as well:- I hold both so may not participate, however I like the way it will reduce what is effectively debt financing and reduces finance and currency risk, so perhaps good for the Ordinary shares. | jeff h
18/11/2013 20:22 | $8.5m income on a cost of $48m with a top class tenant is a return property companies here must dream of. Warehousing demand exceeding supply is another big positive. I'm sure ST at the IC will be commenting on the update soon. | jeff h
18/11/2013 13:25 | I don't know but I certainly hope so! | whilstev
18/11/2013 10:25 | I make the net assets at125p for 2015? Are my maths right? | jbarcroftr
19/10/2013 11:26 | HL seem to be saying they've successfully tendered just over 20% for me, which isn't bad cf the official figures in the RNS, if not very exciting given the tiny premium over the share price. | zangdook
07/10/2013 23:22 | I'm taking the offer as well but I am currently overweight with rus so this suits my needs! | whilstev
07/10/2013 16:03 | On balance I'm inclined to accept the tender with an eye to buying back in. If the share price promptly rises above 80p I'll be miffed. | zangdook
24/9/2013 14:46 | Looks like 85p is on the cards | jbarcroftr
20/9/2013 18:57 | If it goes on this way they'll have to raise it again. | zangdook
20/9/2013 18:08 | Confirmation after the close that the Tender Offer price has been increased to 80p. | speedsgh |
