From the convertible loan RNS "The noteholders shall have the right to convert the Convertible Loan into shares of REM on the earlier of: (i) the 12 month anniversary of the date the Convertible Note is issued to the noteholders; and (ii) the achievement by REM of certain performance measures, including the volume weighted average price of REM shares being above the 0.65 pence for 90 consecutive days or relating to potential future investments."This means the note holders cannot convert the loan into shares at the current price and have to wait a year to do so. In any event more shares will eventually be issued. The question is when will the shareholders see some growth or a divi?

Every time we get one of these technical RNS updates, the share price rarely reacts.

Holding a small amount here purely because they supposedly have a supply contract with Tesla, although we've not not seen the word Tesla in an REM news release since the original announcement of 28 August 2015 which was over a year ago.



"On the condition that, over the next two years, the Sonora Lithium Project reaches certain performance milestones and successfully passes product specification qualifications, Tesla - or its authorised purchasers - will buy lithium hydroxide to feed the manufacturing of batteries at Tesla's Gigafactory in Nevada."

Should we not be updated with the progress of these milestones, so that we know how likely it is that this will go ahead? We are over halfway now in that 2 year period and have heard nothing. I am assuming the supply agreement is still in place?

REM should buy into this company as the Lithium project in Finland is outstanding.

Somero project in Finland has a prospective pegmatites upto 1200m long and 50m wide with initial rockchip assay of 4% lithium oxide ( 'Li(2)0' )

Erajani project in Finland has a prospective pegmaities upto 800m long and 30m wide with initial rockchip assay of 1.29% Lithium oxide ( 'Li(2) 0' )

REM get buying into SAV. LOL!
