'Lord Bhattacharyya said he was sure "more than 10,000 jobs" would be created if JLR expanded to manufacture electric vehicles and batteries in Coventry'.

No precedent that I know of......but Tesla tend to lead, not follow. Securing a plentiful high quality supply of lithium is essential to Tesla. I think more negotiating will be on the agenda soon.

hazelst: Is there any precedent to your knowledge? Tesla buying into the supply chain, that is.

Rosso: Tesla may decide to buy all the Mexican assets of BCN/ R.E.M. rather than finance a single project, therefore ensuring a good and plentiful supply of lithium for years to come. Tesla can then call the tune on the rate of production, as it looks like production will need to be much higher than when the agreement was arranged last year.Just thinking out loud.

Rampanium is on death path. This is it. End of the world. Fat boy ran away far far from Europe, from Monaco. Guess what- you need visas for Australia. Now he is chomping on caviar and champagne and toasting BB morons. Ha ha ha!!! What a great play Mr morbidly obese!!! I mean what a talent!!! No one else could pull this off, but you!!!

Yes, no Tesla deal, management abandoned ship, can anyone guess what was secerence for the dude CEO who jumped ship??? I hope he got good compensation, I trully pray that he took serious load of cash on a house... i mean shareholders.

Meanwhile read EMH RNS. Make sure you get magnifying glass and perhaps let Siri or Cortana to read aloud the line about future placement shares. Yes, isn't that wonderfull??? I thank management for wonderful opportunity reward themselves generously on a house... i mean shareholders.

Then we go read eabout Australian lithium nonsence. I love lines about their cash holding. Do they even have any money??? No??? So how the hell they will explore all this lithium??? Oh, it is just pen and paper potential???

Yes, shares will be crushed. I hope Andrew Bell will laugh at this.

i think Sonora will be sold off shortly for mega bucks..watch this space!

David Lenigas ‏@DavidLenigas
@davidcarr1959 That's Mark Hohnen completely on board now on Sonora. Fantastic news.

@robdav69 @davidcarr1959 Help make Sonora #lithium very big. Look what he did with Kalahari and Extract Uranium. :)

By the way Rio Tinto had substantial holdings in both Kalahari & Extract resources.....

If I recall correctly it was Mark Hohnen who introduced DL & REM to EMH......so big connections all round....and especially with Asian connections.......do REM now go to >20% + of BCN ....and possible controlling interest ..
