04/11/2016 08:06 | Rwauu...you see it as well, dampers all over this share!. Glad I got out, over diluted, over hyped, its going nowhere folks. David Lenigas jumped ship ages ago after making a tidy sum as director...its a laugh watching these tin pot AIM companies. | chicken01
04/11/2016 08:04 | Nofool, yep, REM is so "loades" with lithium, that cannot produce even a single button cell battery. Hmmmmm .... good luck burning money on this trash. | rwauu
04/11/2016 08:01 | Very good bottoming. going to 0 with all these moronistick rampathones. bye bye!!! Soon 0.3, then 0.15 and for the first time single even less.ha ha ha!!! | rwauu
03/11/2016 21:03 | "The noteholders shall have the right to convert the Convertible Loan into shares of REM on the earlier of: (i) the 12 month anniversary of the date the Convertible Note is issued to the noteholders; and (ii) the achievement by REM of certain performance measures, including the volume weighted average price of REM shares being above the 0.65 pence for 90 consecutive days or relating to potential future investments" | rossowheels
03/11/2016 19:55 | Convertibles at 0.65p are already known and priced in. Converting early above current so is very positive imho! | blueblood
03/11/2016 15:22 | They certainly know how to print shares. A little like QE. Millions more to be converted from the loan. | rossowheels
03/11/2016 13:35 | lol, don't make me laugh. You lot would say it was the fundamentals, if the price was currently rising. Clowns, and liars. | nofool
03/11/2016 13:16 | You can add detail to your hearts content, the bottom line is REM is not going anywhere fast. The rampers are out in force...just keep buying!. I'll just watch this share go back down to where it started. Just look at the graphs, they tell you the story. | chicken01
03/11/2016 12:53 | In reality, EMH has risen from 5p to 40p, this year alone. It is a lie to say 4% (or did you mean to say 400% perhaps?). Which is not even close btw. It is also a lie to say REM owns 17% of it, when in reality - it owns 21%. Macarthur Minerals also deserves a mention now - 16.56% of that Lithium baby is also ours. ..and Bacanora (Lithium) - 19.1%. | nofool
03/11/2016 12:49 | Oh ok, I'll call you a liar then. Because that is certainly what you are, with this:- chicken013 Nov '16 - 08:25 - 28732 of 28738 0 0 Footnote...recent news pertaining to extended licences in the Czech republic allude to an increased area of lithium. We know that REM has a 17% stake in this, however, note that the deposits are half a kilometer underground in granite...so this will be of no interest for years. As I have been tracking EMH for a while now its share value has only gained 4%, which tells us that the market overall is under impressed. | nofool
03/11/2016 12:34 | Call me liar for a few %, fine, you keep buying mate...good luck to you. I will be watching. | chicken01
03/11/2016 12:23 | Am I still Buying this beauty? You bet I am!! I love a bargain me. | nofool
03/11/2016 12:21 | BCN and this small dilution have dragged the price down. This is only temporary and thereafter we will see 0.7p and 0.8p. It is nonsense to talk this company down when it is absolutely loaded up with Lithium investments. EMH for instance, has multi bagged several times this year alone. REM owns 21% of that baby btw, (not 17). | nofool
03/11/2016 11:52 | Less than 1% chicken, but dilution all the same. | hazelst
03/11/2016 10:53 | There you go, another 63,000,000 shares to help dilute it further. | chicken01
03/11/2016 08:25 | Footnote...recent news pertaining to extended licences in the Czech republic allude to an increased area of lithium. We know that REM has a 17% stake in this, however, note that the deposits are half a kilometer underground in granite...so this will be of no interest for years. As I have been tracking EMH for a while now its share value has only gained 4%, which tells us that the market overall is under impressed. | chicken01
03/11/2016 08:15 | Since I sold out, REM has plunged 37%, to 0.58, my thoughts...you can drill as many holes as you want, you need to get it out of the ground, now. Bacanora since I have been watching them are also down 30% and since REM has, I think, a 19% stake in them, then therefore their stake has diminished in value. Coupled to the fact that this is a cash poor company, and they're constantly placing/dilution the share base, IMHO they will sell their lithium stake in Mexico and move on...anyone like to comment?. | chicken01
02/11/2016 12:50 | This is aim......nothing is predictable. | hazelst
02/11/2016 11:58 | It does look like a retrace to circa 0.4p is on the cards as the continuing good news RNS's are unlikely to yield any profit for some time. Sentiment propelled the share price from 0.4 to almost 1p in the last few months on the back of the opening of the Tesla gigafactory. It needs something greater than more licences and PFS's to get this back to the 2p plus days seen a few years ago. | rossowheels
02/11/2016 11:49 | Why, when the charts clearly show this is heading back to 0.4p? You should never buck the market and the market is clearly saying that REM is heading south despite all it's apparent good news. I think that in the long term it will come good again but I won't be topping up until it reaches 0.4p. Good luck to all long term holders, including me! | sorksandnorks
02/11/2016 11:39 | I'm topping up......again! | hazelst
01/11/2016 09:17 | Bacanora's about to charge back to the top of it's channel, taking REM with it. You watch! | nofool
01/11/2016 09:13 | The naysayers will try to cause confusion hammy, but it won't work. The portfolio REM has, is just too rich now. | nofool
01/11/2016 09:01 | They can't "save" news up though, all news must be released at the correct time. Otherwise they would be in breach of the rules. | redhammy |
