08/8/2013 09:47 | just issued: Quoram PLC (AIM:QRM) Directorate Changes Quoram PLC ("Quoram" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Hill to the Board as finance director with immediate effect. Chris has been financial controller and company secretary since March 2013. Chris' experience and contacts will be invaluable to the Company as we continue our evolution as an investment company." | maxwell
07/8/2013 11:01 | Almost £40 of shares sold today - must be an expression of something or other - perhaps he still had a tax bill to pay? | maxwell
01/8/2013 16:20 | 2 million dumped at less than half the then ask price.. what a disaster | currypasty
28/6/2013 12:53 | little action | maxwell
17/6/2013 12:21 | Major shareholders who bought @ 0.40p hold 60% - so I expect more investments in distressed situations - | tomboyb
17/6/2013 09:49 | someone sold 270k+ shares @ £0.0018 each which is nearly £390 - probably thought they had a real investment when they bought a few years ago @ 6p each and the sky was blue, now a real loss of £12k hence why actually sell other than to realise the loss against a gainnnnnnnnnnnnn I hope.. | maxwell
14/6/2013 17:21 | my mistake | maxwell
14/6/2013 14:32 | haha tomboy its a great name! | ryan83
14/6/2013 14:12 | Yeah - I think the interesting thing here is that although they have a lot of cash on the books - Quested owns 29% + Ede-golightly (what a name!) 27.75% - 60% held by 3 leaving a small free float - @ these levels it is @ all year lows - | tomboyb
14/6/2013 14:03 | cheers, so share price at a slight discount. Of course WSX/PHC permitting. | ryan83
14/6/2013 13:57 | Ryan - £1mill + 1.88mill raised - of that £675k in PHC + wsx | tomboyb
14/6/2013 13:20 | QRM has invested approx £658K on 844,400 shares of Plant Health Care (PHC). Robert Quested has a big stake in PHC and QRM.... | multibagger
14/6/2013 13:16 | So they have £1mn cash or £1mn plus £1.88m? | ryan83
14/6/2013 13:01 | Most if not all the shares were taking up in the 0.40p placing - so 60% is held by the 3 largest shareholders. Quite a bit of cash on the books as well! | tomboyb
14/6/2013 12:24 | I was slightly pleased when Interest seemed to be stimulating "Bluebird" earlier in the year ie: share price rose to the dizzying hight of £0.006 and perhaps 1p may have looked realistic??? but then of course the name change and direction caused a quick drop in share price Plus then control to an individual who may hopefully have the wherewithall to make the company profitable, plus increase shareholder value, thus making him a profit on his investment. Also in the process I may be able to get part of my £25k invested (5% still left) back and maybe all my money back if the share price should pass the 2 pence mark, hence let us keep an interest here to keep the momentum going????????? | maxwell
