PHC should move up today.

From results today, the calculated real share price is 0.29pence
and earnings per share of 0.14pence, although as we have no degree
of control in anything that happens due to being an investment
vehicle for one man...........we can only sit and watch our original
investment from many years ago languish.

When is the company going to be made private with directors purchasing all
outstanding shares not owned by them? For 10p a share as they are obviously
using as a vehicle for some purpose or other?????????

This of course is virtually a private company as we long serving
shareholders have absolutely no input or possible control. We should
all be offered our original stake at day 1 quote to leave the company
and then it may revert to whatever as Richard Branson chose to do with
"VIRGIN" Many years ago..........This would be a fair exit I believe.

Thought I should add a few in light of phc rise .
seems another person has similar thoughts .
I am happy to add again now silly admin costs have been controlled .

Admin costs 500k plus. PHC let's see where it goes. WSX if they move up to 1p plus and then sell.Anyhow I have far too many of theses blasted shares.

It appears the market has no faith in the current management and hence has given them a value of zero.
