PHC investment down. Why is there movement here ??????

The board want to wake up and taste the coffee instead of sitting on their collective *rses drinking it . Cant they see that just about every investment made to date has been a disaster .
They have spent millions on admin etc and achieved exactly nothing to date .
We would be better off buying a string of fish shops .

Although, WSX and PHC are roughly -40% and -20% down on the values given in the accounts

And minus share-based payments and impairments admin costs are still a whopping £517,000 (-0.0534p/share per year) so won't take long to work their way through the cash balance

Well a surprise the shares are heavily discounted to actual value of the company - if you make allowances and count realised losses then I only need a 20 bagger to break even, fun all the time here...

Sorry to hear that oilbuy - I guess there glimmer of hope is that the WSX holding of 37m shares will bring some value to this share. I also hope the significant director holding will force them to pull a finger out. It is wait and watch - pretty painful, I agree. My holding here is tiny and very speculative. Good luck :)

Thanks Bam, I see the connection now... couldn't understand why anyone would pump cash into PHC, it seemed completely bonkers..

ORA have a big stake in PHC, and the connection is mr go lightly and Co.

ORA now ceased trading on AIM..

A poor listing all things considered - a former vehicle of stock promoter David Bramhill now an investment company of sub-critical mass run by the ORA lot, with the basic aim of putting whatever cash is leftover from director salaries into ORA's failing investments.

Thanks Swizz, like tomboy keeps saying they raised quite bit of money at 0.40p here in Spring 2013 so these may also go up.

I was going to take a little punt here for my wild punt selection in my portfolio but the 5m trade put me off - instead chose HCP and imo worth a look and research.

qrm - I think they raised

£1.88mill at 0.40p (NEARLY all taken by major shareholders)

cash prior £1mill

37mill shares WSX

I think they made an investment in PHC
