23/10/2016 11:14 | Bet they were quite a few of "Our learned friends" there. At least they saved Providence from a total mauling from those spineless Transocean yokes!!!!!!!! | hermana3
23/10/2016 10:27 | You have to pack the courtroom as Transocean are a big beast! Hope lessons have been learnt of the challenges that face Operators of offshore drills. This fiasco nearly finished Providence. | hermana3
23/10/2016 09:46 | Void...do you know how many lawyers PVR had before the horse had bolted??? | abudhabi123
22/10/2016 14:46 | Herm – when I read the comment that PVR had ten lawyers in court, my immediate thought was ‘after the horse had bolted’. If you have ever read any of the independent comments regarding the original contracts, how they left themselves exposed in respect of consequential loss, you will know what I mean. Don’t get me wrong I’m no brains of Britain … but sometimes I have to switch off. | thevoid
22/10/2016 14:18 | I think they will draw a line under it,as they could face a counter claim for costs - which may be already in the offing. | jam2day
22/10/2016 13:23 | Steel,Will be interesting to see if Transocean want to roll the dice once again. Some think they have already been paid way over the odds for such a shoddy level of service at Barryroe. | hermana3
22/10/2016 13:01 | Apparently, the legal cost ruling could still be appealed: | steelwatch
22/10/2016 11:15 | Steel, I sent you pony | greatfull dead
22/10/2016 10:27 | FWIW...Both the Examiner and the Indo have a wee article about the relatively successful outcome of the proceedings in the commercial court last week. All good publicity I suppose, as Barry etc get a mention. | funtimejonny
21/10/2016 19:45 | Picked up a few more today including the last 50k b4 de bell. All due diligence about Barryrow has to have now been completed by interested jv parties. Agree with t'void -- Mr P will drive this forward. DEALS WILL BE DONE ! and soon - imo | westmoreland lad
21/10/2016 18:45 | The Void,Best to not ask him a leading question then! If no news by Atlantic Conference on Tuesday week Mr P will have to place a muzzle on TOR. Actions not words will move this share price | hermana3
21/10/2016 18:28 | Sorry I have to say, as a PVR outsider now an insider, and a Lansdowne insider, I felt a lot better when Mr P appeared on the scene. And I feel a whole lot better now the litigation has been finalised. We're on the move, guys. I guess I am just a happy guy. Back to work. tv But remember, when TOR says 'watch this space' I'm out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | thevoid
21/10/2016 17:10 | Much greater emphasis on Barryroe required! Residual doubts on progress there are definitely in the market and who knows if we close or not. | hermana3
21/10/2016 17:01 | Give me Barry as well please, as heavy investment in Lansdowne (and only waiting 5 years for a result)! | funtimejonny
21/10/2016 15:33 | Re RNS ....our focus remains on unlocking the value within our extensive asset portfolio offshore Ireland, with a particular emphasis on the farm-out processes for Barryroe and Spanish Point.... Would have thought Sp. Point dead duck for the moment as tricky; deep water, near HPHT and forecasts for future Oil/Condensate/Gas prices. Last I heard was for wet trees, pipeline to a platform in shallow water. Druid next June be nice. | billy_buffin
21/10/2016 13:47 | Aim,and about time too! Do you now want a Blue Peter badge? lol | hermana3
21/10/2016 11:09 | I have started to take a position here | aimmafia
21/10/2016 10:08 | Continuing Barryroe uncertainty is holding back the share price here. Are Rothschild still involved or we reliant on Laurel n' Hardy to cobble together any old deal? | hermana3
21/10/2016 10:04 | Monday would do just fine! | funtimejonny
21/10/2016 09:11 | GD - time is tight for 2017 drill on Barryroe now, so they better sign up smartish! | steelwatch
21/10/2016 09:05 | Steel the way the share price is it would be a smart move by farmee, | greatfull dead
21/10/2016 08:26 | Be nice to get Druid rig contract news on Monday, and perhaps an earlier than expected date for drilling ;-) | stockriser
21/10/2016 08:15 | Everyone buying - NO SELLS in first 13mins - No big buys but I guess the big boys are already in ;-) | stockriser |
