01/6/2011 10:41 | Thanks for the reply FLP. I'd forgotten all about TMN until about 2007 when I got contacted by their registrar who asked me how many shares I held?? After I'd racked my brains and remembered about registering with TMN - about 8 years earlier - I had no idea how many shares I should have held and it was the registrar who suggested it was probably 100!! After the call I got the impression that if I'd claimed I held 10,000 I would have been issued with that many - very strange!! | oiht
31/5/2011 15:59 | I've got a small number of TMN shares issued in Dec 06 Do I need to do anything to sell? Never been advised of changing to PRO and they've sort of slipped off the screen. Not quite sure if TMN share cert = same no of PRO shares or what . Information welcome, TIA | ranter2
27/5/2011 15:41 | Hi oiht Sorry - missed your post. I was a member and received some free shares - pretty much day 0 when the site launched. But I've no idea what happened to them ... There was consolidation of shares in the early days. So those thousands of free shares that people earned really weren't worth that much at all. The consolidation wiped out most of the itsy-bitsy shareholders, many of whom had completely forgotten about the mutual. I bought in later after the consolidation - and have traded these since then - but frankly I wish I'd sold up in 2007 when they peaked at 94p! Shoulda coulda woulda ... | fragilelittlepetal
26/5/2011 11:49 | Someone's had enough - 126,000 sold today at 16.25p. Hope it's not a director! | oiht

11/5/2011 14:04 | Hi FLP, can I ask - are you an original member of TMN and aquired free shares on flotation? Or anyone else out there for the matter. I was and reason I ask is because I'm not certain how many free shares I was supposed to receive? I'd be very grateful for any info. | oiht
10/5/2011 13:11 | Oiht is right - but there was a dilution of about 5 to 1 (ish) .... so although the share price is exactly the same, the company has to have a market cap of 5x the value of TMN. Has anyone got any views on a phrase in the annual report ... something about adopting a "more traditional debt to equity position". Does this mean that the debt will be capitalised (and we'll be further diluted) - or even push Mr Danson over the 90% threshold to take it private... Been a shareholder for almost a decade now, for better and worse ... it would be good to think we're not going to get taken out just when the share price started to perform again. Information's a bit sketchy - releases aren't exactly thick on the ground?!? | fragilelittlepetal
05/5/2011 21:19 | What price would equate to a TMN share price of eighty pence? I think I'll never see my money back :-( | anusol

10/3/2011 14:21 | The List includes shares which I think they have great growth prospects with massive potential gains in the short term (less than 1 year). The List is not intended to be an investment advice but a tool for discussion and ideas. The List consists of shares in the mining sector (circa 80%) because we are running a very nice commodity bull market and I am a believer on the general market trends and macroeconomic indications. The percentage allocation in the portfolio depends on an individual's risk averse ratio. The List has defined its investing goals and time horizons. Only think left to consider is the risk tolerance. Personally I apply certain percentage on my portfolio based on how much uncertainty I can tolerate in moving from a quarter of a year to the next! The strategy is simple and in my 15 years investment experience is unbeatable. If all goes according to our due diligence and nothing has negatively changed then we 'ride the waves' and we bank as maximum profits as we can based on the initial target price we set. When a share is introduced in the List, I post and update the List on the same day. With regards to the entry price: an entry price is based on each individual's goals. I will update the List with the prices when the shares were firstly entered the List. | pro_better
