19/9/2010 12:12 | Interesting aquisition. Not sure how it fits in with the PRO business model though - BWTFDIK? I hope and believe PRO will be showing some profit within the next twelve months, it may show up on investors radars then. | oiht
02/9/2010 07:40 | Interims are out this morning - Strong growth was achieved across a number of revenue streams and Group revenues increased by 47% to GBP24.8m (2009: GBP16.9m). Excluding revenues associated with TMN (not reported in the 2009 results) underlying growth in the Progressive business was 13.5%. Adjusted EBITDA grew 33.0% to GBP2.7m (2009: GBP2.1m), however Adjusted EBITDA margin fell by 1% to 11.1% (2009: 12.2%) reflecting the impact of the integration of TMN and our investment in both content production and content delivery platforms where costs are expensed as incurred rather than capitalised. Over the longer term and as our investment reduces to more normalised levels, we would expect our margins to improve. The reported loss before tax was GBP2.1m (2009: Profit GBP0.9m), which is stated after the GBP2.8m charge in relation to TMN outlined above. Also the acquisition of Canadean "a leading provider of business and market intelligence to the global beverage industry" | johnwall
16/8/2010 13:49 | Beats the hell out of me this one! Nothing but sells for the last week yet the bid price stays at 18p?? | oiht
14/8/2010 11:42 | The old TMN businesses represent around 23% of total group revenue of which AF forms the largest part. Whilst it's worrying to read some of the comments about AF the TMN businesses as a whole are still contributing. In the scale of things I don't see AF as a strategically significant business long term - the whole online affiliate marketing industry seems to be struggling and perhaps it's day has passed. | old father time
14/8/2010 10:39 | Interesting read from one of Affiliate futures largest clients and how the technical department are killing the business. The forum threads they link to are cutting You have the MD and senior staff desperately trying to rescue business. I hope for their sake that the head of tech is packing his desk up. Anyone got any estimates on the contribution of AF? TMN before tax was was £895k (page 13 of the half year). From historical IBG days AF must be one of the most profitable businesses in the group. | dealercat
02/8/2010 10:50 | Cheers, nothing in there that I can see to explain the rapid share price rise but then I've never been any good at interpreting accounts! Sounds like the firm is making steady progress though (no pun intended) with ambitious growth targets. | oiht
02/8/2010 07:44 | Interims are out - The underlying business is now profitable and recording good growth across a number of revenue streams Group revenues GBP24.8m (2009: GBP16.9m) EBITDA(1) GBP2.4m (2009: GBP2.0m) Adjusted EBITDA(2) GBP2.7m (2009: GBP2.1m) Re-organisation of TMN has led to a GBP2.8m non-cash write-off of acquired intangible assets which has led to a reported loss before tax of GBP2.1m (2009: profit GBP0.9m) | johnwall
28/7/2010 15:47 | The share price did this before in April and for no apparent reason? I'm not complaining but none the less puzzled by it! | oiht
28/7/2010 14:24 | We are now hitting yesterday's highs again. Not normally seen after a day of rises to reaffirm the rise. | clond
27/7/2010 20:54 | Volume of trades so far this week almost as much as the entire previous month on NO news? Somethings afoot?! | oiht
27/7/2010 14:05 | Thanks monkeyman2. That's just the way of it isn't it!? It's been a hell of a wait but I won't hold me breath. Not after IBG then TMN and now PRO. I think if they can return decent results this year, then this has the potential to fly come the autumn/winter. | omlaysause
27/7/2010 12:25 | Typically I sold mine about a month after needing the money for other things. If anyone wants a share price to rise let me know and I'll sell mine. Good luck to current holders and I suspect the now lesser competition due to the demise of DGM will help PRO along. | monkeyman2
27/7/2010 12:19 | As competition falls it could mean some extra work coming through to PRO. Could also mean that the industry sector is limted or slowing though. Still, quite a diverse product rangewhen pro merged with IBG so maybe it looks good! | clond
26/7/2010 12:07 | Mmmmmm.... looks like the market (or at least the few 000k shares that have changed hands in the intervening period!) thinks the demise of DGM is a positive for PRO. Guess we could get the interims to 30th June over the next few weeks - bit late for a trading statement now??? | johnwall
23/7/2010 17:09 | Yep. Moving in the right direction again. Patience will be rewarded - maybe? | oiht
23/7/2010 15:38 | Nice rise this afternoon maybe the recovery is on its way. | doughboy66
20/7/2010 15:42 | Cheers dchick, that clears that up. | oiht
20/7/2010 10:38 | Lets hope so. | doughboy66
20/7/2010 10:36 | I suspect ADH have realised they can't hope to compete with a superior operation like PRO so have pulled the plug on DGM. ;-) | oiht
20/7/2010 10:23 | I believe ADH are the parent company of DGM. DGM don't have a seperate listing. | oiht
20/7/2010 10:09 | Hasn`t DGM just changed its name to Asia Digital Holdings epic ADH and they have just had a trading update on 15th July? | doughboy66
20/7/2010 10:04 | Hi, thought I was the only one who came here! Hopefully the former, bearing in mind Mike Danson aquired 85% of PRO one likes to think he saw a future for the business model. Have you got a link to the DGM news please? | oiht
19/7/2010 18:43 | DGM has just gone bankrupt, what does this mean for TMN? does it bode well as we will get more business after our major competition has gone bust or does this mean that the affiliate business is in decline? | ganef2
