Posted at 28/7/2005 19:24 by fusebox Intersting to see the thread still being posted upon. I have not read all the posts as i did not hold a position and see little point posting. However what i have read is a number of shareholders and insitutions agrieved at management attempts to pick up parts of the business on the cheap. Well if i was a investor i would want to fight that...too many times small shareholders get steam rolled and i dont think management should get away with it. |
Posted at 28/4/2005 12:25 by fusebox Thats if the comaany will have any money left to pay out.Thingsd are lookin bleak in the telecomunications sector and the automobile sector. Too many cars are being produced and with regards to the telecomunications sector Marconi looks bleak today after BT ditched it for a major contract. Bleak is the only word....nothing left in the market at this price in any event. Any investors should have bailed out when i warned. |
Posted at 15/4/2005 15:44 by ydderf there is no legal reason to suppose that tt will have better terms for disposals than anyone else - in fact it would be actionable if they did, so you are silly billy paranoids to suppose this.....investors could put together a bid for the company before it delists....all imho ntch! |
Posted at 15/4/2005 12:14 by fusebox Volex another loser today down about 8%. Volex is another high debted company and will have to renegotiate its debts. Investors in Volex will be hoping that the lenders dont force asset disposals there. However Volex is highly debted and it would appear lenders are getting increasingly impatient! |
Posted at 14/4/2005 12:01 by vision88 looks like another great example of shafting the investors, long firm comes to mind, aim is a haven for them |
Posted at 14/4/2005 09:11 by milacs So TT get what they want out of Pressac for next to nothing. That was the whole idea of putting their people in directorships in the first place. What a rip off for investors in this company.M |
Posted at 14/4/2005 08:25 by fusebox The purpose of these bbs is put info out that will ultimately help everyone and in fact give due warning in some courses in order for shareholders to get out of a bad situation. No option now if investors dont get out they are completely stuffed how hard that will be now the co has indicated it will delist. |
Posted at 14/4/2005 08:15 by jelfsie Jeez. Talk about shutting the door after the proverbial horse has gone walkies. Say something useful please. Also have some compassion for many small investors who have lost a packet on this one (refer the proper PRSC thread that has been tracking the company for over 2 years). |
Posted at 18/3/2005 11:07 by jack.f For what it's worth, I had a phone conversation with Woodwark 5.30pm yesterday and he implied all is not as bad as the City or the investor seem to think, he said read the statement very closely, reference to:- To date, discussions with the Principal Lenders have been constructive and the Company's Board remains confident that an extension of the Credit Facilities will be agreed significantly in advance of expiry on 30 June 2005. |
Posted at 10/11/2004 11:40 by the knowing jack I believe the same but the problem is that most on ADF are traders and not investors. |
