"Significant progress is being made in developing a corporate structure to drive our strategy of gold exploration in Central Asia forward. The board continues to view the option to acquire Central Asia Resources Limited as a very attractive opportunity, as evidenced by the Company's loan agreement to fund exploration activity on two projects in Kyrgyzstan. We look forward to reporting progress on this at the appropriate time."

I did have to have a little LOL at this though...from March this year

GE&CR initiated coverage on Premier Management* (PMA), the shell company moving into gold exploration, with a "speculative buy" rating and 6p target price.

The research house believes the group is definitely one to watch given:

- the elevated valuation that some gold exploration companies are attracting;

- the combination of gold in Kyrgyzstan; the proven deal making skills of John McKeon;

- and the mining expertise of Russia specialist Eurasia.

With that said, GE&CR thinks the company could attract a potential valuation of 40 million pounds...........

Put it this way, I'd rather be buying at today's prices rather than at 3 or 4p ;)

From Feb 2011....

Note to editors:

Premier Management Holdings is a shell company now moving into gold exploration in the highly prospective Tien Chan Gold Belt in Kyrgyzstan having disposed of its football management business. The new board is being assisted in its endeavours by consultant John McKeon, previously a founder of Circle Oil plc.

Premier has an option to acquire Central Asia Resources Limited which is investing in natural resources projects in Kyrgyzstan, the first of these being the Cholokkaindy Project, a gold exploration licence. Cholokkaindy is the site of an old underground trial lead and tin mine where significant gold values have been recorded. The project has four known gold prospects where exploration work is planned for this year.

From September 2011 on the appointment of new COO...............

Gerry Desler, Chairman, commented,

"Premier Management is in the advanced stages of identifying gold resource opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and is assembling a board with the capability to develop and implement our strategy in this area. We are delighted to welcome Richard Nolan as COO. He brings a wealth of technical, analytical and capital markets expertise to the board and will be instrumental in building the Company."

Premier Management has an option to acquire the entire issued share capital of Central Asia Resources Limited which is investigating, and has signed protocols on, the Cholokkaindy Project gold exploration licence.

million sell at 0.56...madness to think i paid over 4p the first day of trading after the news! big sells over the last month of 2.5m @ 0.6 5m @ 0.4, 2.5m @ 0.55 and another 2 5m lots at 0.4 and 0.5, so not sure! surprised there was holding rns to be honest!

not sure what they are playing at to be honest, i suppose the only reason for the down turn in share price is that there was a good bit of off loading at ridiculously low prices recently, tried to pick up more last week cheaply but there wouldnt let me! however, this is back at my buy price now, so will see if i can find some funds somewhere...nothing has changed here really, just waiting on news about the rto of central asia resources, who in turn we are led to believe are looking into gold in krgyzstan...also note the link between this company and EUR, and maybe more interestingly, LDP

21 March 2011

Premier Management Holdings plc

("Premier Management" or the "Company")

Placing to Raise GBP2.12 Million

Premier Management, the Central Asia-focused natural resources investment company, announces that it has conditionally raised funds of GBP2.12 million by way of a placing of 70,649,996 new ordinary shares at 3 pence per share (the "Placing").

Proceeds from the Placing will be used to further the Company's strategy of pursuing acquisitions in the natural resources sector. The Company is making good progress in identifying gold resource opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and has an option to acquire the entire issued share capital of Central Asia Resources Limited (the "CAR Option") which is investigating, and has signed protocols on, the Cholokkaindy Project gold exploration licence.

In the event that the Company exercises the CAR Option, proceeds from the Placing would likely be applied to the development of the Cholokkaindy gold project as well as for the acquisition of controlling stakes in other companies operating in the natural resources sector, with a specific focus on mining projects in Kyrgyzstan.
