hi milste1, considering we are at the moment an investment company, i think its reasonable to let the "professionals" (if you can call them that) manage the stuff on the ground. we are still waiting news on the rto of CAR and until then, I have about as much idea as you do!
I dont think its a bad thing to be honest, at the moment...
strange goings on at ldp, out for the moment and starting to get an eerie feeling about them, wouldnt mind getting back in but only aruond the 30's, made a nice bit of profit but probably could have made more, dont want to be greedy though, and as its turns out, i have had another multi bagger in the last two days, and currently having a look at 2 more that could have multi bag potential

Few important snippets from the rns:

"The Company has an option to acquire the entire issued share capital of Central Asia Resources Limited ("CAR"), AND HAS CONTINUED to work with CAR to help develop its two exploration licences in Kyrgyzstan"

"Share trading expected to resume upon readmission of the enlarged share capital following the acquisition of CAR"

"Company has committed funds of approx. £900,000"

"Exploration season in Kyrgyzstan successfully concluded"

"As and when the Company is in a position to do so, a circular seeking shareholder approval of the CAR acquisition and containing an Admission Document for the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's enlarged share capital"

"The Company continues to view the exercise of its option to acquire CAR as a highly attractive opportunity to implement its Investing Policy. During the year the Company has extended two loans to CAR for a total amount of £800,000. Additionally Premier Management has instructed ACA Howe Limited to prepare a Competent Person's report, which is required under AIM Rules and will form part of the Circular and has appointed Eurasia Mining PLC to manage the exploration work in Kyrgyzstan. As such the Company has committed approximately £900,000 to date in total in respect of CAR and its two projects."

Then there is all the stuff about the exploration work which also is reassuring as it means they are actually doing something!

Read my other posts to see why I have been watching...Agree will either come out good or bad...exploration/deals etc can take time so I would expect it to come out good,lets hope so...

well in fairness, not to bad for hb, we are all in this to make money, not so great for those who bought though! If we go back to the .6's or .7's then i'm in again...still think there is plenty of time to come before we see something big big, so few hundred here or there until i'm full up, just my thoughts, we know there is something in the ground, we dont know how much, and until then, we will remain around these levels i believe

HB bought at a discount and shovelled onto their poor unsuspecting clients, taking a £100k out of it in the process. Quality share.

Wel at least I am trying to join the dots here fwiw...

I have asked the NOMAD re the holdings RNS that we should be getting next as that 30 million went somewhere at a big premium on Friday, so who is the big buyer out there?

Watching and waiting may save you getting burned but you may also miss out here? Anyway, each to their own as they say..........can't wait to see who bought last week.

Now I may be guessing out loud here but why would someone else pay such a premium for PMH plc shares in just a few hours....looks like someone really wanted to get a shedload of these shares to me and was happy to let HB Markets make a cool £100k in a day as part of that transaction...so the question remains, who was it and why did they do it?

The 2 Holdings RNS updates are for HB Markets plc who seem to have bought 30 million shares on Friday and then sold them all the same day.....phew

But the question remains then as to who now owns those 30 million shares?

Surely there has to be another holdings RNS to follow those 2 issued today?
