26/8/2017 09:41 | Or Sabona have a round 150M to clear? | billthebank
26/8/2017 00:43 | Jung, depends when the Circum shares become available. PREM maybe in a position to pay cash. The issue is the timing. Will the Circum shares come first or the Zulu deal. | vitec
25/8/2017 23:34 | jungmana , spot on | doctor 69
25/8/2017 23:22 | If you bought a second hand car that had money still owed on it, do you think your deep investigation into how great the bodywork and engine were would count for anything as the repo man was driving it from your garage? Great assets are a small part of the puzzle on AIM. Do your DD on your ability to retain a decent portion of them if they come good. If it doesn't hold up to scrutiny, be afraid. If you understand that, good luck to you. If you don't, pls don't respond, you are wasting everyone's time and your money. | dmitribollokov

25/8/2017 21:25 | 236,166,840 issued to sabona recently for CIRCUM. The last trade today shows 86,166,840.Look at last 6 digits. Sabona sold but the issue is GR wants to get to 12% quickly so expect another round of share issue for CIRCUM. | jungmana
25/8/2017 18:44 | I reckon so vitec, onwards and upwards! | mike_f
25/8/2017 17:57 | That large trade could be GMP out. The quantity of shares is not far short of what they received. | vitec
25/8/2017 14:36 | are the off 900,000 trades sells or buys | doctor 69
25/8/2017 14:33 | Yes Tim, Good update from EDL, they're starting to catch up to PREM with their coal asset vs RHA, they don't have a mark on Zulu or Circum though. PREM are already in production from their tungsten asset. You'll find the release from W resources relevant too as they're developing a mine with a fraction of the grade of RHA, (W Res less than 0.1% tungsten, PREM between 0.2-0.3%). Also they now suggest APT is over $250/MTU that's $25K/tn! Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/8/2017 14:27 | Mike-F that sounds about right to me. I think there's every chance that the Circum and Zulu events could be Georges swan song. from what I'm seeing he could retire very nicely from the proceeds. Any why shouldn't he. You probably know that Prem will be assembling a new BOD imminently. That reinforces your view as well as perhaps the one that more in depth skills are now needed given the potential that lies ahead. I expect we'll hear news on it very soon. GLA | tedoby2
25/8/2017 13:44 | Here are my reasons for sticking with PREM - Circum - It will be bought buy big boys soon, which will give us good returns. - Zulu - Amazing asset and we will get regular updates regarding it's progress. - TCTIT - TCT-Indústrias Florestais is controlled by Premier African Minerals Ltd, which in November 2016 acquired a controlling interest of 52% for US$2.1 million in two 26% stakes purchased from Transport Commodity Trading Mozambique Ltd (TCTM) and GAPI Sociedade de Investimentos. The company has an operating license for a limestone deposit in an area of 27 square kilometres and a forest concession with 24,812 hectares located in the centre of Mozambique. - RHA - Production starts in Q4 - CASA project - 5,000 metres drilling programme with the aim to increase and upgrade the existing mineral resource estimate. Half of it will be done by October. 4.2% stake will give us good return. By December PREM will give more then double of my current investment. | sarpanch
25/8/2017 12:34 | One thing I also keep thinking to myself is GR is no spring chicken... I reckon Zulu and Circum are his key to a very handsome retirement! Bodes very well for us along for the ride. | mike_f
25/8/2017 12:30 | Vitec very fair , just bought another 1 million | doctor 69
25/8/2017 12:13 | vitec - a nice well reasoned post. I couldn't agree more! GLA | tedoby2
25/8/2017 11:39 | the more you look at Circum , you can fully understand why George wants to be at > 10%. PREM have Zulu as well , these are potential blockbusters, i reckon patience will get us a 10 bagger here and by the looks of it , if Cicum is sold , well you will get the 4 p share price sooner than most believe. looking to my piggy bank for more here | doctor 69
25/8/2017 11:21 | With the reference to the YA deal, I was pointing out that it's not always the same as before. | activeservo
25/8/2017 11:17 | I think Nicos' "what" was referring to the fact YA have nothing to do with the shares exchanged for Circum shares. | mike_f
25/8/2017 11:11 | This reminds me of UKOG before it took off. Constant deramping, moaning "I've seen it all before"... Nicos I had a fair few similar responses before UKOG took off. I must be useless. UKOG, PRIM, SRSP, YOLO all within 3 months... | activeservo
25/8/2017 11:09 | Exactly Mike. They don't ALWAYS sell down, the same as YA deals aren't ALWAYS lost causes.. | activeservo
25/8/2017 11:00 | activeservo, every company we've offered shares to in exchange for their stake have sold it down immediately so far so not really no, perhaps they won't all do that however! | mike_f
25/8/2017 10:59 | activeservo, you really do need to read the last few RNSs..... | nicosevos |
