22/8/2017 09:34 | I don't think a 2M oz deposit would be worth $bn's to CASA even if it was producing 80,000 oz/pa. Maybe $30-50m now and $100-200m in production IMHO. It only has 70% and it's in the DRC. | andrewsr
22/8/2017 09:29 | Only downside is we are asset rich but cash poor!!! | billthebank
22/8/2017 08:42 | It would appear prem have fingers in lots of potential early projects , that is not a bad thing , but all this needs time . But the potential looks massive | doctor 69
22/8/2017 08:38 | CASA are currently targeting 2M Oz through exploration, at almost $1300/Oz that's another pontential multi $bn project of the future. Very few AIM companies have exposure to any multi $bn projects, PREM is just dripping with them it seems. Even this one on the fringes of the company could easily turn out to be worth more than our current £25m cap! So another early stage asset worth having, I wouldn't call it little as its targeting 2M oz! Its nowhere near as advanced as Circum nor Zulu, but it looks like a good one for the future. Regards, Ed. | edgein
22/8/2017 08:33 | Prem have a duty under the "Regulations" to keep the market informed. That's exactly what they're doing. Quite simple really. GLA | tedoby2

22/8/2017 08:27 | Have to say Vitec I do enjoy reading your posts so will stay invested here even uf only to read those!!!! | billthebank
22/8/2017 08:17 | It's worth nothing in real terms, but Tim Dim take note George is not pushing the rns out for no reason, it has to be done under regulatory rules. He didn't create the event it was led by a third party. | donald tramp
22/8/2017 08:10 | george pumping out RNS's for the sake of keeping the share price and company afloat. So obvious. This outfit is going bust just like SNRP imo | timw3
22/8/2017 08:10 | Lets be fair guys It isnt bad news now is it.Personally not a tier one asset and if I was George and there was a buyer out there I would cash that asset in and reduce our debt exposure or just give us more cash to use in Zulu or buy more CIRCUM!!! which tbf is what he wants | billthebank
22/8/2017 08:09 | The news is literally earth-moving. It reminds us that this is a company in development and that good news can come when least expected. | forwood
22/8/2017 08:01 | Even though in the grand scheme of things the last couple of RNS's seem irrelevant they have to be issued as they are deemed price sensitive. I cannot remember the last time we got an update on Casa. If my memory is correct George had an option to buy a much larger chunk of Casa but declined. He now has his sights firmly on Circum. | vitec
22/8/2017 07:58 | Hi Bill....if it helps I held 1m shares at an average of just over 0.8p before yesterday......do you still hate me????....LOL. | geoffmanana

22/8/2017 07:28 | Bit more info in the Ortac RNS:The current program involves circa 5,000m of diamond drilling, with the first phase of approximately 2,200m - aimed to assess:-- The grade continuity across the current interpreted domains, in particular at the southern end of the deposit; -- The potential for average grades of >2.0 g/t within a conceptual pit shell; -- The potential for tonnages of >2.0 Moz of contained gold within the Akyanga Deposit area; -- Geological controls on the emplacement of gold mineralisation; and -- Future requirements to complete infill drilling for indicated resources. The first phase of the programme is aimed for completion in October 2017, whereupon Ortac will update the market on progress.Vassilios Carellas, Ortac's CEO, commented:"We are pleased that drilling is underway at Akyanga, as this program has the potential to demonstrate a high grade gold resource in excess of 2.0 Moz and confirm our view that a commercial mining operation on the licence would be economically viable. We look forward to updating our stakeholders on progress and the project's revised mineral resource." | mike_f
