Has anyone considered that the seller isn't actually "distressed" and simply wants to spread risk by accepting PREM shares for Circum, having investment in two companies both with tier one assets that are shortly due to come to fruition..

If you want to put Circum's prospect in perspective, it is about 9 tenths as big as the Isle of Wight!

What's your take on it then dmitri? These smaller shareholders found out its all a hoax and there's no potash, just dust. I suppose GR's mates at Circum are just flogging him a dead horse? Yes, that sounds far more plausible.

Lots of different distressed sellers, how convenient.

Bill, I must admit that is the baffling part, I can only assume they are distressed sellers and can't wait another few months as when the amount is settled in PREM shares they sell them down immediately.

Good post ted, I concur. Exciting 6 months ahead of us

Mike FWIW in my view Circum will be under pressure now from the Ethiopian government

As part of their mining licence there is sure to have been a mining plan with time tags and finance in it. The government have already pledged it's support by investing in the infrastructure update in exchange for a small royalty at the port. Circum will be having regular meetings with the government behind closed doors to monitor progress.

Circum can't move much further before there's a corporate event. They can't do it without one as the project is much to big. We're looking at Circum either floating to raise the Capex needed or selling or a JV perhaps with a Chinese partner.

Either way something has to happen and George mentioned it in his presentation I believe. When that happens Circum's market cap is sure to be at least $3bn but could be a lot more in my view given the resources that haven't been counted yet.

So you can see why George seems to be very keen to get to Prems 12% option ceiling.
The maths is fairly easy and the mines nearest benchmark is only next door.

Zulu is sure to be another corporate event once the PEA is completed in two months time. There's a good chance that could be bigger given it's likely to have an in ground value of roughly $90bn including the tantalum credits at today's prices. We won't have to wait too long to see where that takes us if the assay results confirm the calculation along the way.

"Developments at Circum in the fairly near future" mentioned in the podcast, hence the aggressive accumulation... Perhaps we won't have to wait as long as we think for the Circum pay day!

The timber sale effectively creates a free carry. We hold an interest in TCM's limestone without having to pay the money originally scheduled. So no cash needed on TCM.

George made it clear on the podcast yesterday and at the presentation last week.

1MadMarky, where do you think they have $3M from? I'm guessing a deal has been agreed which then frees up the cash to be spent and hopefully some left over for the additional Circum shares.

o/t #EDL thats a very nice update. Plant coming together and soon to be producer in 2 weeks. Multibagger over the coming months! only £8m cap!

EDL is the way to run a company! Long time coming but 2 weeks away from producer!

More dilution and the share price did well to close flat on more selling. Market makers are just going to push this down and take pi cash on every opp. So many shares here. I expect a 20 to 1 consolidation soon..,bit like solo...,to make the selling easier and hide it. Hope folk are not too heavily invested here and / or sold a load at up to .95 on that crazy spike. Did myself although still got a good bit invested here. Will be patient a couple of years and hoping for a spike to dump some soon....this company is not being managed well and dilution after dilution is hopeless
