Ed, in a previous post this morning I wrote about possible unsolicited/unwanted attention from possible suitors looking at PREM as a whole.

Vitec,

If George continues to buy circum and upgrade our lith assets we could be in danger of a Chinese/Japanese hostile bid. This one has barely a producing tungsten mine valued in let alone world class lith and potash.

Regards,
Ed.

Paulie,

Yes the 4.2% of circum and Zulu are free in our cap at present which barely covers the RHA tungsten mine. Good to see George make another shrewd investment into Circum, he wants to get us as much of that as possible before the big pay out there. In the mean time more assays on the high grade/practically pure spodumene of the new discovery and plenty more holes to be drilled. Shrewd investors will be loading up until George gets us the big pay out on ciricum, $2.8bn, man that's a lot of potash.

Regards,
Ed.

What we are purchasing them for now (by way of placing shares) should be seen a bargain with Circum NPV of $2.1 Billion.

He clearly knows what is happening at Circum, we have a shared director.

Let him add, all going to end up as more value for PREM

He knows what he is doing, probably a good juncture to add more.

Not a lot sold on this 1.6% dilution news. There has been no stampede, meaning investors are staying put. That's my take

The reason that people sell is because they are here for profit and have not invested in the story. I blame no one for taking a profit that is what trading is all about. However, if you really want to make a large amount of money, you ride the roller coaster in the expectation that you will get a lot more in the future.

Many here (including me) in hindsight wished they had sold at 1p. The reason I didn't sell was because I thought that the share price could get to 2p. I was wrong and saw my profits disappear. The phrase that comes to mind is "once bitten, twice shy". It may appear to some stupid that PI's sell now but they have their own strategy. My strategy has been to hold and wait and see the value come out, but believe me that is a painful strategy and the temptation to sell some of the holding is always there. So if I feel it, then how can anyone question why anyone else would sell now.

And by the way, if you want to get institutions on board and be taken seriously as a mid tier miner you need your share price to reflect that. My expectation is use PREM shares and cash (where we have it) to buy Circum shares and once you have finished, consolidate all of the PREM shares. My guess would be to take the half penny share and make it into something like 10p and beyond. That is when you will get on the radar screens and get people to sit up and take PREM seriously. Of course all this could be conjecture and events supersede this.

I would not be surprised to see a tree shake/red close today, a few people must be sitting on a nice profit from the lows and decide to take it.

Crazy punters sold for 1.6% dilution when our stake is Circum could be worth multiple of our MCap.

I dipped another toe of mine now

Post on LSE:

Lets be ultra conservative and say that Circum sells for $1b. The 0.5% we have just acquired for $520,000 (excluding funding costs) would be worth $5,000,000.

Makes sense to me.

Well the RNS about the whopping amount of extra shares in circulation next week, snuffed out this morning share price rise quick enough.

Therefore we will not know until the end of next week what the SP's real current value will be.

Exactly paulie, just very short term pain in churning the shares however they may have already been forward sold as Nicos suggest. Circum is going to be another company maker after Zulu.
