07/8/2017 09:20 | Its not often that you can find a company on AIM with one world class discovery, now at PREM it looks like we've 3 (Zulu, Zulu SE and Circum). I could see this going the same way as what Dave Reeves did with Zimplats, it was sold for hundreds of millions of $. George isn't getting any younger and we'd have a substantial stake in Circum and a cash mountain that could be used to increase in circum (NPV already in the billions). Zulu is beyond the scale of PREM, now we have another discovery matching or beyond Zulu's potential that contains high grade and practically pure spodumene. To get these at practically surface too as TOY pointed out today too is significant on the economics, these are just shallow pit deve. Great decision by George though to not accept an early deal and give this upside away. Keep drilling and proving it up over the rest of the year then accept multiples of the offers on the table now, we're way beyond 20Mt that's for sure. Regards, Ed. | edgein
07/8/2017 09:17 | Well right now we are 7th largest hard rock lithium deposit in the world. We could be tge biggest (no.1) before the end of this year. How much market cap does that warrant seeing the £0.5bn market cap of the current top one Pilbara? | jungmana
07/8/2017 09:13 | At some point George will have to stick the PREM stake in the ground. If I was a possible buyer/JV Partner I would be frustrated that every day that goes by there is a possibility that the price is going to go up. As some point, you have to confirm to buyers that regardless of what extra zones etc are found that this will be a bonus for them as opposed to a bargaining tool to continue to get a higher price. The other side of this very exciting coin is that buyers maybe so desperate to get their hands on Zulu, as they can see the potential, that the price they pay today is minor compared to not having the mine or involvement in the future. Lithium is not an abundant unlimited resource. It could be argued that due to its potential uses that it is one of the resources that everyone is going to scramble to get their hands on. | vitec
07/8/2017 09:12 | Personally I would be willing to get involved in any placing through primarybid as i did in March. I believe many shareholders would too.George should just cancel the YA deal (if he can) and go for primarybid again. | jungmana
07/8/2017 09:07 | hidden, this will change in time and PREM will score a massive away victory!! | vitec
07/8/2017 09:05 | Looks like a score draw to me. Aliens (Higher resource figures) 1 Predator (YA) 1 | hiddendepths
07/8/2017 09:01 | The reality of today's RNS is that without 690 million extra shares being issued and the involvement of YA the share price probably would have doubled and then gone some over the following days. This is now a time of patience. I take comfort in that the volume of shares traded allows the seller to off load and only brings closer the day that the share price truly reflects the assets. The reality could be that events take over and George gets a bid for Zulu that he cannot ignore because of the need to purchase more Circum shares. I maybe calling this wrong but my gut tells me that George will not accept an out right bid for Zulu but will want PREM involved. I say this because why give up a super world class asset only to invest in another world class asset. If Circum was to be sold then PREM would be left with RHA and TNT and these don't excite in the same way that Zulu and Circum do. If you want to build a world class company then you need world class assets/products etc so I cannot see PREM selling out of Zulu completely unless the offer is off the scale. | vitec
07/8/2017 08:58 | George must feel like he's won the EuroMillions with Zulu. He's scheduled to pick up the winners cheque in around 6 weeks time. But in the meantime he's borrowed just a tiny fraction of it to back another certain winner in Circum which would give him roughly an equal value not long after! Just an amazing situation. 07/8/2017 08:51 | I think this is clearly part of an ongoing enhanced communication process aimed at raising the share price Impressive that they referred to the new website as part of the rns, shows that they clearly want to engage with people rather than just meeting regulatory obligations. As for the rns itself, zulu just gets better and better. It's a monster and will command a monster fee. Think we will see a sustained rise from here as buyers support a higher low price. 07/8/2017 08:26 | I am tempted to buy more but I already have loads. How I wish I had sold at 1p and doubled up last week :( I have a 2 year target that this company will have a £500m market cap. Anyone think I am ramping or being too conservative ? | ihavenoclue
