I expect this to be around 1.5p with RHA confirmed at full capacity and a reasonable maiden Jorc on Zulu. A Circum liquidity event will only add to that.
This may be a slow burn but staking at .65p now for 2-3 p this time next year represents a 400% return.

The presentation is titled A New Tungsten Producer.
It's on the prem web site somewhere, the cover sheet reference that 121 mining get together.
I would post the link, just can't find it on the site. I downloaded it following a link on the LSE board a week or so ago.

It would be great if the stake was worth more than $4m , I'm just not wanting to count chickens...

It is correct that the Circum valuation that PREM is carrying is $4 million for a 2% stake. However, the valuation could be closer to $40 million as the project is meant to be worth billions. The Circum valuation of $4 million has underpinned everything else in the past. If it was worth closer to $40 million and you add in RHA,Zulu and the other projects where would the share price be then. George said in 2016 he expected a liquidity event regarding Circum and we are now mid 2017. Anything is possible but my feeling has always been that once the positive news starts rolling then the share price will react violently northwards.
