19/4/2017 20:50 | Cpap man, yes I read that this morning however they are just taking a mere 2% stake in the holding co that can have a 75% wi in the Lithium mine 2% is far too small to make any sizeable increase in RBD's market cap, even though they have a £2.41m cap with just 321m shares also there is a 100% speard in the bid/offer, plus only 2 trades done today! | euclid5
19/4/2017 07:53 | Anyone notice the RNS fro AIM listed RBD - who are now the latest new entrant into the fast growing LITHIUM market? Jeremy Edelman, Reabold's Chairman, commented. "With the current dynamics surrounding the fast growing European lithium market, the Company sees tremendous opportunity in this rapidly developing San Jose Lithium-Tin Project together with the Project's development partners as they continue to add quantum steps of value to the project through their experienced personnel and professional operational skills. We see the San Jose Lithium-Tin Project as a potential company making investment going forward. The Company and Plymouth Minerals Limited, the majority owners of Tonsley, will be discussing future opportunities between them on ways to co-operate on potentially increasing Reabold's corporate and operational involvement in this exciting San Jose Lithium-Tin project." | cpap man
18/4/2017 17:20 | Closed flat; pretty good and shows good demand for stock at these levels. I expect a move north from these levels from mid - May once traders get back in ahead of the Zulu maiden Jorc announcement. An update from RHA confirming full capacity operations will follow, at which point we will be generating c £600,000/ month. | highly geared
18/4/2017 16:46 | Also agree, looking at some of the trades stock being transferred into ISA's puts pressure on the share price . | driver101
18/4/2017 15:28 | Vitec Agreed,I do know of many that have bought at 0.5 and selling for quick profit and your post is accurate, all everyone needs is patience, leave them in the bottom draw and come back end of the year. | sep800
18/4/2017 15:10 | Why do you think its Darwin? There could be a number of reasons. Anyone purchasing at 0.5p could take a 10% profit. New tax year and reshaping of portfolios. Better investment opportunities. Boredom and lack of patience. Number of shares in issue against buyers and sellers. Market Cap of 23 million for a company that needs prove its revenue and profit streams. I know they are there but at the moment until there is reliable proof they seem "invisible" The list probably could go on and on. Patience is required. If we have not seen anything within the next 4 to 6 weeks I will rethink my strategy. | vitec
18/4/2017 11:12 | Darwin imo still preventing this moving upwards!! | billthebank
18/4/2017 08:57 | driver .. I think you spoke too soon | ihavenoclue
13/4/2017 22:01 | Vit Also think we have seen the bottom up from here. Hope your wife is now on the mend. | driver101
13/4/2017 18:38 | My wife is in hospital as she has just had a major operation so didn't see the close. Happy to see that Prem had moved. I think this is only the beginning. Shame we now have two non trading days just when there was a bit of momentum. I have accumulated a few more million at what I saw as a "silly" price. However, as this is AIM anything is possible and what seems cheap today is expensive tomorrow and visa versa. I am confident that the share price will rise but I don't have a crystal ball as to when. My feeling is that when it starts rising it will go a fair way. GLA. | vitec
13/4/2017 15:49 | vitec I think you done the trick, now up 4.8% keep posting.. | driver101
13/4/2017 10:20 | Interesting... Can't get a quote to buy via Barclays. | 1madmarky
13/4/2017 08:46 | So as I write the share price goes down! | vitec
13/4/2017 08:45 | I would agree in terms of the share price not really moving. I think all of the purchasers from the fund raising are still unwinding trades. No news usually means stagnation and with no movement, boredom. If you felt you have enough invested, any extra shares you may be holding at a profit usually get sold so the funds can be used elsewhere. Just when you think this strategy will work for you, an RNS is released. I wasn't expecting any news this side of Easter but I am hopeful that in the weeks ahead the news flow will be positive. On the upside the market is saying that .05p is the base for the share price at the moment. I see little downside but a whole lot of upside. I would like to see an RNS stating that everything is ok at RHA and that we are in full production and that amounts to revenue and profit. This should be the catalyst for all of the other exciting news I am expecting over the coming months. Having been a long term share holder its about time!! | vitec
13/4/2017 08:08 | Being to think this share is suspended. It's a serious flatline. Very unusual AIM share in terms of fluctuation. | sapper2476
11/4/2017 19:45 | I cant help feeling that some of those involved with this lot make Mugabe look like a fine upstanding freedom fighter with a great future. | squiresquire
11/4/2017 13:26 | All good here, patience required, guys watch out for (SUN),about to break out | ny boy
11/4/2017 08:03 | adamnw7 Apr '17 - 20:31 - 1705 of 1707 0 0 What was the reason for the spike back in 2015? ==================== Does it matter ? There are a LOT more shares in issue now than in 2015 | ihavenoclue
10/4/2017 16:43 | A lot of guys but not really impacting the sp | rizler
10/4/2017 10:59 | 7-1 buys sells. Never let it be said that the market is fixed in favour of those with inside knowledge. | sapper2476
07/4/2017 20:31 | Hi, I'm contemplating dipping a toe in here but have a couple of questions. What was the reason for the spike back in 2015? Assuming the assay results are good, this should spike again, however, once they start producing in big quantities, what's the plan for getting the money out? Having spent a bit of time in Africa (albeit somewhere to the North) I'd like to be assured they have a plan to ensure the companies coffers are lined! Thanks | adamnw
07/4/2017 13:58 | Great post vitec Honest and clear with no ramping or deramping Thanks for sharing. I understand what you are saying re the placings and tbh it was pleasing to see that he let pis have the opportunity to increase their stakes before going to IIS It was also great to see that he took up a good amount and also persuaded other directors to do likewise. Dilution isnt easy and he has promised never to use Darwin again which is re assuring also. I understand what you are saying about promises not being kept but I believe we will only have to wait another 60 days to see if there is any real mileage here. | billthebank
07/4/2017 12:28 | The market is looking for confirmation that the assets that PREM have are starting to be monetised. As I have said in previous posts all that George has done consistently is issue more and more shares. Promises have just been that. They have consistently stated several times that RHA would be in production only for there to be another excuse as to why it has not happened. I think I remember George also saying that he thought it was a good possibility that there would be a liquidity event regarding Circum in 2016. We are now in April 2017. Am I pessimistic about the future? No I am optimistic the trouble I and others may have is that we have been overly optimistic in the past, only to be disappointed and that maybe tainting slightly our view of the future. I hold many many millions of shares and I intend to be rewarded for my patience but if I am honest it has not been an easy ride and I want to see some confirmation soon that the investment that I have made is going to pay well. I know all about the assets and the potential that they have. Come on George lets see some revenue and profit to get the share price moving! | vitec |
