We are due some more news but I think this is probably momentum buying. You see the price go up so you think something is afoot and get on board. Conversely, when all you see are sells going through you think others have information you don't have and think you should sell. My strategy is to just hold. I know there will be good news, I just don't know when that will be.

It may well be ambitious but not far of the mark. All the ingredients are there in RHA, Zulu and Circum. The trick is getting these assets sweating and making profits which in turn will see the share price rise. I have put a conservative value on PREM of 40 to 50 million. I have a core holding and I also happy to trade as well. If I call the trade shares incorrectly I am happy to add them to my core holding. I believe PREM will come good, frustratingly I don't know when this will be. We may look back and think 20 million was a stupid MCap for a company with world class assets. Hindsight is a wonderful thing!!

That would imply 2.4p. Very ambitious.

RHA will run on its own

ZULU is most likely going to prove up to be one of the largest deposits of hard rock Lithium in the world.

This could quite easily go to a £100m mk cap FAST
once market catches on. and assays are back.
in the meantime those rigs are drilling away...

Agreed, cash generation improved Q3 onwards (assuming time lines are met). However my reasoning remains, in that PLC G&A costs will not be met.

That said, PREM are in a far better position than perhaps 90% of AIM companies.

sleveen, are you being a little selective with figures? They are just second quarter numbers you've posted, further optimisation is on the cards and as a result increased net revenue and EBITDA, see extract below:"In the second quarter, throughput is planned to increase steadily to the monthly production target of 7,500 metric tonne units ("mtu") at this level RHA would be expected to generate a monthly net positive cash flow on an EBITDA basis of US$200,000.In the third quarter, plant and sorter recoveries are expected to be further optimized, underground mining rates are expected to have improved together with an expectation that the open pit operations will start to deliver ore at the resource model grade of 2.4kg per tonne (compared to initial target of 1.5kg per tonne). These improvements would lead to an increase in net revenue and EBITDA."
