27/4/2017 10:09 | Vitec I agree. Early doors over 40M shares have been traded so could be an interesting day. Is it our time? Okay gonna top up I reckon. Another grands worth only though | billthebank
27/4/2017 09:25 | As I was writing I see that Level 2 has strengthened. I did purchase further shares this morning based on what I have written above. I am unsure whether today's buying is momentum driven or if PI's are positioning themselves for news. Either way I don't care, I am just happy to see the share price going in the right direction. | vitec
27/4/2017 09:23 | I am hoping for the 1 pence sooner than a year. They have recently been beyond the 1 pence mark within the last 12 months and the prospects were no where as great. The issue with companies on AIM is that PI's look at the prospects of a company and over value them and then when the potential is about to come to fruition they under value them. Emotional decisions are based on what has happened historically and not on the fundamentals (good and bad) that can drive the share price in either direction. PREM like so many AIM companies has used AIM to raise lots of cash by issuing loads of shares. Investors get scarred by this thinking when is the next dilution coming. The fact that the shares have stayed above .05p shows that there is an appetite for the stock but the market wants to see some proof that this appetite and faith are well placed. I for one believe in the prospects that PREM has. RHA, Zulu and Circum are a good under pinning. If George was honest he would also say he is a little frustrated about how long things are taking but his holding shows me he also has great faith and in time by being patient the rewards will come. | vitec
27/4/2017 09:21 | Looks like sellers all done and market makers are ready to let this go. Cheap as chips right now imo. | jungmana
27/4/2017 08:47 | Happy holding here, a bit of activity but, over the year these should be well over 1p | ny boy

24/4/2017 16:14 | Stealive. You could by AST all Month and still come back here under 55. | sidjameslaugh

21/4/2017 11:13 | From Rocky67 on LSE board Spoke to Fraud again 5 minutes ago reiterated share price going down or stagnant said nothing to worry about Just do not keep checking share price every hour lol. Confirmed grades of concentrate very good news being prepared for RHA and due very soon . Zulu news within 4 weeks and he through a curve ball by stating news on Circum coming regarding sale or IPO listing. Answers the phone as usual straight away. Again got number or ring him and have a chat if want to. | billthebank
21/4/2017 10:50 | I do agree with your first post and whilst I see your logic regarding the second something just makes me feel that they acquired some and are taking their 5% by sellin in 100k batches. Could be wrong but IMO with RHA now producing this share should be rising on rumour No idea what is going on but there has to be something stopping the share price from rising. I made a nice profit from this share and sold out above 0.8. Glad I am back in and at present I am marginally under water. The fact that George has a much much larger holding than me gives me a lot of confidence. Still expecting a much greater valuation of the company than £23M Now we are up and running we have a debtor on our books of $20M never mind everything else. I am in for the long haul but we should be cashflow positive in 4 months and raking it in by the end of the year from RHA all things remaining equal. May take a profit when we are 3p plus by taking my initial stake out. An interesting 8 months should follow. | billthebank
21/4/2017 09:46 | Patience is required. As frustrating as this is the company does not dance to our tune. They can only release information as it becomes available. It would seem that from mid May we should start to hear some news. If when you invested you liked the story and nothing has changed why be inpatient and move on. If the fundamentals have changed from when you invested then there is good reason to rethink. I have written about the issues that I believe the market faces when assessing PREM so I will not go over old ground. This is a good case for me to split the emotion from the fact. The emotion part is that they have consistently issued shares, no news makes me nervous etc etc whereas the fact part is that RHA is up and running, Circum, maiden Jorc from Zulu etc etc. I think that the future is bright but at 23 million MCap at this time the market maybe saying until we see hard proof that PREM is moving in the right direction then that is enough for now. | vitec
21/4/2017 09:25 | As I have said before I beliebe we are experiencing a Darwinian effect here at present as I am sure they will have acquired in last placing.Could be wrong but cant see any other explanation.Share marked down in the morning then later on moves on up a bit before being rsstored to startung position.Shame. | billthebank
21/4/2017 08:07 | This really is my resident comedy share. So wishing i never bothered. | sapper2476

19/4/2017 22:13 | As soon as the bid moves to .55 the selling starts. It's the placing stock bought at .5 being sold for 10 per cent profit. Cannot blame anyone....I sold half of mine for a quick 16 per cent and was well happy with that. Would like some more news though and it is critical that this does not break .5 | barnetpeter
19/4/2017 20:50 | Cpap man, yes I read that this morning however they are just taking a mere 2% stake in the holding co that can have a 75% wi in the Lithium mine 2% is far too small to make any sizeable increase in RBD's market cap, even though they have a £2.41m cap with just 321m shares also there is a 100% speard in the bid/offer, plus only 2 trades done today! | euclid5
19/4/2017 07:53 | Anyone notice the RNS fro AIM listed RBD - who are now the latest new entrant into the fast growing LITHIUM market? Jeremy Edelman, Reabold's Chairman, commented. "With the current dynamics surrounding the fast growing European lithium market, the Company sees tremendous opportunity in this rapidly developing San Jose Lithium-Tin Project together with the Project's development partners as they continue to add quantum steps of value to the project through their experienced personnel and professional operational skills. We see the San Jose Lithium-Tin Project as a potential company making investment going forward. The Company and Plymouth Minerals Limited, the majority owners of Tonsley, will be discussing future opportunities between them on ways to co-operate on potentially increasing Reabold's corporate and operational involvement in this exciting San Jose Lithium-Tin project." | cpap man
18/4/2017 17:20 | Closed flat; pretty good and shows good demand for stock at these levels. I expect a move north from these levels from mid - May once traders get back in ahead of the Zulu maiden Jorc announcement. An update from RHA confirming full capacity operations will follow, at which point we will be generating c £600,000/ month. | highly geared |
