VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL AS AT 29 FEBRUARY 2024

As at 29 February 2024, the issued share capital of Phoenix Group Holdings plc comprised of 1,001,544,989 ordinary shares of 10 pence nominal value each.

 

Each ordinary share has one vote on a poll. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,001,544,989.
