26/9/2014 07:05 | Drilling underway at Tungolskoye and Arbuzovskoye | steelwatch
25/9/2014 22:27 | ravin... Maybe its simply because the Company is undervalued... Currently valued @ $ 64 million Petroneft have a 50% share and are operators of two licences covering over 7400 sq Km. Net 2P reserves = 72.2 million barrels. Net reserves and resources = 350 + million barrels. Substantial infrastructure, pipeline & processing facilities on licence 61 (capacity 14,800 bpd) Net production 1000 bopd. No debt. Approx 10 million cash. $ 45 million being spent by Oil India on increasing production and reserves,(Petronefts share $ 22.5 million). | dbarr0n
25/9/2014 19:01 | News tmoz? Volumes certainly picked up recently...surely the big boys can't be excited about just the vertical results | ravin146
25/9/2014 18:20 | Check out the 15 million trades disclosed late - once everything has closed.Shhhh...no-on | rockin robin
25/9/2014 13:20 | sean .. Well 373 is a delineation well and can be used as a producer when the field is developed. The objective of the well and the seismic is to basically confirm the structure so it can be derisked for development. Dont think if it will change the P-2 numbers much. A good result will mean that this field will be the next field to be developed in 2016 after Tungolskoye .. | dbarr0n
25/9/2014 12:22 | Db What would be a good result at 373 do in the short term as I believe it is not a production well - raise the P2 on Sib? VGLTA | seangwhite
25/9/2014 10:27 | O/t Lombard, are you still in, I'm off to climb The Reek next week, 3rd time, then a few pints in MMs. F🐻 | spudders
25/9/2014 10:19 | Thanks Db. | steelwatch
25/9/2014 09:51 | steel.... Yes they said they will be announcing vertical results and should expect them towards the end of the month. They also said they expected drilling at Arbuzovskoye to restart around the same time, and when T-5 is completed around the end of October the drilling crew will be moved to Sibkrayevskoye to start drilling the 373 delineation well there. | dbarr0n
25/9/2014 09:05 | Dbarron and a few others said they will according to the agm comments. | ravin146
25/9/2014 09:03 | Is it a given that the vertical well result will be announced separately? Perhaps an AGM attendee could clarify because it is not stated so in the relevant RNS. | steelwatch
24/9/2014 17:43 | Btw Elite thanks for the article. More accuracy, clear, detailed and articulated well piece...no, that was not even from the company which explains a lot!If there is another delay due to them running out of paper clips or something for t-5 vertical result they need to update shareholders. Gla | ravin146
24/9/2014 15:12 | Don't think these multiple 5m trades can be normal buys or sells...as they are having absolutely no affect on the share price They must be something else - stock exchanges between MM or previous transactions broken down in chunks so as not to 'startle the horses'Shhh nothing to see here..... | rockin robin
24/9/2014 14:10 | Has anyone tried putting an order in for 5 million and seeing what price they are offered them at can't believe price didn't go up with that large buy | telegraph1
24/9/2014 07:48 | SpuddersInteresting that a single trade for 1? of the Company gets done with no movement in the share price Expecting news on T5 vertical drill end of this week or early next.VGLTA | seangwhite
24/9/2014 07:43 | Large late reported trade 6 M GLA | spudders
24/9/2014 05:56 | ^^^only one post here sums up the interest here atm ( yes plenty of other blogs other than advfn but doubt they'd be any busier!) somewhat agree with you there, but not sure oil India believe t-5 be all end all result for ptr. Gla | ravin146
23/9/2014 09:04 | Sean it's one thing proving that there is oil in the ground, however it's quite a different ball game proving that the same oil can be extracted in a timely and commercially viable manner.. With Oil India now on board the next 12 months will tell a hell of a lot as Mr Market clearly has not bought into PTRs latest and possibly final chapter.... It really needs to be a good read. !!! GLA | crudde99
23/9/2014 00:04 | That was a very good bit of work El and worth rereading for me and I would think anyone with funds in PTR.The fact that PTR has substantially built up P2 numbers but been unable to get it properly monetised is the real issue.Let's hope Oil India can correct this problem at long last.VGLTA | seangwhite
22/9/2014 22:52 | Ravin - Could post at length, but would likely just be repeating what I wrote in the article dated 6th June. Russia/Ukraine problems and oil price slight decline have both slowed market interest in Petroneft, but arguments within still stand along with my 10p target. Importantly, it's what Petroneft already have that supports that target price, rather than it being based on exploration success. Just requires catalysts to restore market confidence. Best, El1te | el1te
22/9/2014 22:08 | The last sentence was my view too. Just wanted to see what wacky valuations there were for ptr as they so little to report compared to aex atm. So elite, what's your view on both, for this board ptr price target, prospects? For this to get a re-rating there must be more oil found simple, then extraction of that later. Foundations such as debt free and farmout are all sorted out etc so that's gd. Imho I believe oil India have done their homework, and 85mil is still not peanuts use to have a punt on with. Funding to drill the field is guaranteed for near future but simple, there must be more oil than previously thought or there could be lack of interest like there has been for years now. 22/9/2014 22:04 | Top, PTR are really good at brewing....Any good specific info - or just good general vibes?? | rockin robin
22/9/2014 21:49 | Hi Ravin, Suspect you may have noted on the AEX board? Just to further push across the point, they really are completely useless. If you want one older reference, broker notes provide some numbers - obviously account for the loss of half the licence but also some of the progress made. 2011: Dolmen. Risked NAV of $804m. Translate to GBP and divide by shares in issue to get per penny and then apply relevant adjustments. Recognise that these NAVs are based on many assumptions that are relatively irrelevant now. I give zero value to NAV figures like these are project valuations are way off the mark in general. So many projects sell for way below their NAVs that it makes them optimistic and a method of hooking in unwary investors El1te | el1te
22/9/2014 21:38 | one to watch i'v heard some good things brewing here. | topgun1000
22/9/2014 20:56 | Out of curiosity anyone know what the unrisked/ and risk npv of this company? | ravin146 |
