13/3/2017 22:02 | Any thoughts on outlook for 2017, EC? On the basis of the contracts announced in H2 16, I think there must be potential to turnover 18m to 20m in 2017. This must suggest a potential for significant profit improvement. However there have been no further contract wins announced since Dec 16 so I look forward to hearing the company's views. | bones
13/3/2017 21:44 | My forecasts for the full year results (tomorrow?), with broker consensus figures in brackets. Revenue: £14.1m (£14.1m) PTP: £0.91m (£0.90m) Net cash: £1.1m and Dividend: nil (nil)! | effortless cool
13/3/2017 12:25 | EC, I come to expect the cynicism now :) | bones
13/3/2017 12:02 | Forgive my cynicism, but I don't expect to see any dividends until after the Abdullahs choose to exercise their options. | effortless cool
13/3/2017 11:35 | Crazycoops I had a regular dividend in mind. Given that they performed a capital reduction in 2015 with that in mind and given that Andrew Perloff has stuffed all his shares in his pension fund makes me think they might kick off with a small one, maybe 0.5p a share? This would only cost around £200k out of £4M distributable funds? Likewise a little impatient now to hear about progress and outlook :) | bones
13/3/2017 11:18 | PEG becoming a dividend paying share would be nice Bones, although I would rather they start once they ready to pay a regular dividend, rather than a one-off special. Hopefully, not long to wait now to get a little more clarity. | crazycoops
11/3/2017 13:41 | Crazycoops, I am expecting a maiden dividend to be announced in the absence of M&A activity of any size. Both have been stated by the board as being in their sights. Dividend, when they think it prudent, following the capital reduction at end of 2015, and M&A being their intention at this time last year. So far only QRO has been bought and we have no info on how that is being integrated. No further acquisitions since then but plenty of new contracts. The new contracts in the last half of 2016 will have added a minimum of £10M to 2017's revenues alone so I expect a decent outlook there but it would be good to get more in the bag. | bones
11/3/2017 13:21 | I believe forecasts are for £14.1m revenue and 1.73p EPS, hoping for a beat but prepared for a meet with strong outlook. | crazycoops
10/3/2017 18:50 | One step along the path of not being a microcap is not behaving like a microcap. Corporate governance definitely needs to improve. However, right now i am hungry for results and outlook guidance. | crazycoops
10/3/2017 16:38 | I wouldn't overly worry, if a similar time to last year then we are not too far off IMO. Ideally they should as they grow be a little better on the IR front I would agree....good weekends. | qs99
10/3/2017 16:33 | This is true EC. However, I regard the 7% holding by Andrew Perloff as a kind of governance. He seems the sort who would want to ensure his pension investment is in good hands and kick butt if not! This is a small company so I would not want to see too much red tape strangling the entrepreneurship here. That said, we are in the hands of the brothers running the company and trust them to do the right things for the shareholders. | bones
10/3/2017 16:22 | The results need to be approved by a Board meeting and such meetings normally need to be scheduled well in advance so that non-execs can ensure attendance. PEG is not normal, however. It has only one non-exec, Terence Connolly, who has no other PLC commitments and can probably pitch up at short order. In summary, I wouldn't read much into the lack of a specific date, beyond "they'll be issued when they're ready, and they'll be ready quite soon". Incidentally, the dreadful corporate governance here - just one 73-year old non-executive in his 10th year on the Board - is a good reason to ensure that you don't overcommit to this share. | effortless cool
10/3/2017 15:38 | Hi RhomboidI wasn't really hankering for something other than the results date but not to have a date so close to the usual schedule implies something else is waiting to be finalised or agreed, however mundane it may be.I would be surprised if the CEO was taking a break at such a key time! But what do we know? :) | bones
10/3/2017 15:02 | Hi Bones I'd be jumping to the same conclusion given what they said even though we may be reading in what we want to see rather than something more mundane like a CEO with a holiday planned but not fixed yet... | rhomboid
10/3/2017 14:51 | Where are the regulars here? :)I just spoke to the company to see if they have a date for the final results RNS (as it was 15/3/16 last year). I was advised - in essence - that the person was "not yet in a position" to advise a date but that it will be in line with last year's schedule. What this means is up to how you interpret this. For me it possibly suggests they are trying to tie something in to the announcement or outlook and maybe waiting to get it done before publication of results. It also implies that this event should happen soon if the schedule of last year is to be complied with. Otherwise why not publish a date like most companies do in advance of the finals date?I hasten to add that this is simply my hypothesis. But there has been no update on any contracts since December so maybe something has been bubbling away since then.I will watch this space and hold my shares. I expect results next week and perhaps some other development? Like I say, this is my take on the company not being able to commit to a finals date so close to last year's date. I could be wrong. | bones
06/3/2017 15:44 | Last year's final results were published on 15th March 2016. Expect the 2016 ones next week I think. It is common for share prices to begin a run up ahead of good results so let's hope it happens :) | bones
15/2/2017 16:02 | They want sellers but keep getting buyers. | blackbear
15/2/2017 15:21 | Market cap still only 10m. | blackbear
15/2/2017 15:20 | Nothing to stop this going to 40p by results. | blackbear
15/2/2017 15:16 | Looks good here to test that recent high. | greenroom78
14/2/2017 17:29 | indeed, just need patience for next RNS! | qs99
14/2/2017 16:18 | Doesn't take too much and it moves nicely.. | noujay
10/2/2017 10:58 | There is little activity for the MM's to earn from and they are just moving the prices with every nibble up or down. We await contract news and then the final results and progress report in March. | bones
09/2/2017 20:10 | Slowly and surely again today | qs99
08/2/2017 15:04 | great, cheers....share price is blue today happy days! | qs99 |
