So say I own the rights to Wimbledon tennis, will my contract with Perform give them exclusive rights to stream Wimbledon video over Internet? It seems unlikely as Sky/BBC/whoever would want a piece of the action. If Perform don't have exclusive rights, then what is to stop the likes of Bet365 using other streaming providers such as Sky or even Netflix? | wonder boy | |

Perform Group plc Director / PDMR shareholding Performance Share Plan ("PSP") In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, Perform Group plc ("the Company") today announces that awards under the PSP have been granted to the following Directors in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2012. In accordance with the PSP rules, the awards were granted on 23 March 2012 as conditional shares. The awards to Executive Directors are as follows: Shares Vesting period Simon Denyer 133,340 3 years Oliver Slipper 133,340 3 years David Surtees 111,116 3 years The performance conditions are based on a matrix of growth in earnings per share ("EPS") (note 1) and growth in revenue with vesting determined on a straight-line, pro-rata basis. The performance conditions are in the form of compound annual growth rate. The growth will be calculated at the end of the financial year ending 31 December 2014 and using the financial year ending 31 December 2011 as the base year.
