16/9/2014 15:33 | Very large sell orders gone through today. Sometime I suppose we'll get some guidance from the Directors. | matplum
01/9/2014 12:26 | Thanks for the advice everyone. I have sold half my holding so sort of hedging my bets. Good luck all. | ![]() werty5
01/9/2014 09:46 | True. But when they own so much of the share capital already, what can we do... | ![]() john09
01/9/2014 08:41 | Hmm it does seem a bit cheap considering that is the price it was only 2.5 months ago! | ![]() n0rbie
01/9/2014 08:38 | werty5 - if you're in a profit I'd take it now. I only bought last week before results and have made a tidy profit now! Sold this morning. Where the offeror already has over 40% of the company it's unlikely that a bid from someone else would be successful. However the company has just put out an RNS saying to wait for a further announcement and do nothing at this stage. I doubt they will get a higher offer due to the wording of "this is a final offer" etc. | ![]() n0rbie
01/9/2014 08:32 | Access Industries has a habit of doing this from what I can see. Very clever. They hold such a chunk already I can only see one outcome here | ![]() john09
01/9/2014 08:30 | Not much of a premium but I guess for the institutional investors who have been in since the IPO it produces a good return with certainty Vs waiting perhaps another year to see if management can turn the ship around. | ![]() salpara111
01/9/2014 07:46 | They own 42.5% of perform already apparently. Suspect they are mopping up these shares today too. | ![]() john09
01/9/2014 07:41 | Not the best premium I've ever see. What to do what to do... I bet there are other big holders thinking this is too low... | ![]() john09
01/9/2014 07:34 | Mat plum you plum. | ![]() john09
01/9/2014 07:32 | werty5 - I'm not a holder here, but in my opinion I'd take the cash and run. If the bid falls through you can always buy back again. Bank your profit. | liam1om
01/9/2014 07:19 | Ok this is the first time I have been in the position of a company takeover bid and I am seeking some advice. What is everybody's opinion either to hold on for final takeover to take place in case of more bidders or cash in your chips early and walk away? | ![]() werty5
01/9/2014 06:19 | Bloody glad I didn't sell!!! | ![]() n0rbie
31/8/2014 23:50 | I still can't find it... | ![]() john09
31/8/2014 13:50 | Disappointing market response to be honest. | ![]() n0rbie
31/8/2014 11:56 | Questor is The Telegraph I've checked The Times and The Telegraph and I can't find an article yesterday... | ![]() john09

30/8/2014 16:32 | The Quester column in the Times today said Perform shares should be avoided. Well thats brilliant! My experience the shares always do the opposite of what they recommend. Good luck. | matplum
29/8/2014 08:04 | Really I would not have thought this will be hitting £3.00 until H2 statement think many investors might wait to see how cost cutting effects overall profitability. I would be over the moon if I am wrong though. | ![]() werty5
29/8/2014 07:18 | Let the jubs get out. This will be back to 3 quid very shortly Imho | ![]() njw2
29/8/2014 07:17 | It's a tree shake. | ![]() john09 |
