On 25 February 2008 as a result of transactions by Oxonica plc UK Employee
Benefit Trust, pursuant to the Oxonica plc UK Share Incentive Plan (an all
employee share purchase plan approved by HM Revenue and Customs) (the "SIP"),
Kevin Matthews and Richard Clarke, directors of the Company and trustees of the
SIP, increased their notifiable interest to 67,423 Ordinary Shares in the
capital of the Company.


The following executive directors of the Company have the interests set out
below as a result of their personal participation in the SIP:-

underlying Partnership Shares.

I am personally not expecting a good set of results - well what I mean by this is that losses would have increased. The fact that it has a potential money spinner in two marketplaces makes this share one to watch. In this world of big corporations such tiny companies such as these may just fall by the way side. But one to keep an eye on. Results may send this share lower again. It needs to show significant sales from its new product launch or Envirox. Both have potential. But could easily get overun by costs. Wathching.

Oxonica launches OptisolTM Sun Defence


Oxonica plc ('Oxonica'), a leading international nanomaterials group, is pleased
to announce, ahead of the 2008 summer season, the launch of OptisolTM Sun
Defence at the Professional Beauty Show held in London on March 2nd to the 4th.
This new fully-formulated high performance SPF25 sun cream is designed to

price has held up quite well after recent rally in an uncertain market. Chart starting to look interesting with 25day ma having crossed 50day now approaching 100day which if it broke would definitely be a positive signal. Macd also positive at the mo. First major resistance looks like 50p - if 25dma crosses 100dma and share price breaks 50p things should start to hot up. Last time 25 crossed both 50 + 100dma was sept 06 when price was 1.30.

I see your point about financing but as mentioned in the article they recently got a cash injection from a further placing and he was referring specifically to the diagnostics division.

He said he was now looking for partners to help out with its diagnostics products, reducing the financial burden.

"Our materials division including Envirox is not that far away from breaking even," he added.
