The options are bleak. By the 8th March:
Have another meeting, changing the deal to get PAG to agree.
Sell some shareholdings - a firesale.
Give PAG whatever they want.
Get a loan for $12m from anyone - Good luck
Negotiate with Brooks to repay the ZDPs - Well I doubt that will happen.

How much are the zdps for? Could they procrastinate and flog off some of their portfolio early to keep them happy. Or issue zdp holders with normal equity, and we take the dilution? The rejected approach seemed to harsh on the normal shareholders?

In the event of a ZDP default, Brooks would be in a strong negotiating position.
I suggest you check the current major shareholders & what they have to gain/lose in event of a ZDP default.

PAG appear to have changed their mind.
PAG could lend $12m.
At the moment PAG do not look that bright.
