Has the winding up petition been heard yet?

Kincora down 30 percent today, but haven't looked into the merger details?

Some more portfolio activity...

Not till November. Shows viability to a judge though...

Missed that latest announcement, something for the judge to consider there then, how much is the stake predicted to be worth I wonder?

From the 7th March? There were some chunky trades before suspension that didn't get announced?

So PAG have joined the Isle of Man Party.
I do not think the BoD have a leg to stand on.
Literally lame ducks.

PAG, the website has not been updated.

Who was that? And where did the DB shares go, to them?

The big shareholder who voted against the last restructuring has not shown his "hand".

Don't know. The executive in charge is only on £40k from memory, everyone else was getting paid in options! I suppose if you wanted to start a "China" fund, £14m chucked at this lot would be a good place to start?
zcaprd7

Well I suppose there is a Plan B or there was no logic voting against the restructuring.

Yeah - if you were the related party, you'd let both parties get frustrated before saving the day. DB? Or whoever DB sold too?

I suppose a "related party" could buy the ZDPs out. They may settle for less than $12m.

Yes. A right mess. What was the latest unaudited NAV. 5p or something. There are assets three, but realisation through insolvency will leave f all for shareholders I assume?

The company is in realisation & has failed to raise the $12m.
The BoD should say "you win" to Brooks & resign.
The ords will not get anything; ZDPS may get 80% in a winding up.
In a realisation, ZDPs may have got 100% in time (years).
Complete mess.

Oh well too late. Anyone holding will be able to balance the loss against next year's capital gains tax.

If this is still trading tomorrow morning, get out first thing anything back is better than nothing as long as your dealing costs are covered.

Nobody tempted then. Presumably some upside if they can flog one of their holdings off?
