simon - Only one director selling, and although they are big sales you can never be too sure about the reasons - don't think it is the expiry of a lock-in as the stock has been trading for less than a year - unless anyone knows better? Otherwise eps upgrades make the story look good imv.

Why are directors selling down in such large volume? Surely this is cheap?

JC Flowers sold down to sub 50%. Positive that they've managed to do so without the share price seemingly impacted. Also increases free float which should help other institutions come in

It is listed on the main market within the Financial Services sector. Is the write up in the Shares Magazine positive?

Quick question.... Shares mag today quotes OSB as AIM listed but LSE quotes it as having a main listing. Can anyone clarify this? Thanks.

Just got in at under 300 certainly from reports looks like still some way to go over next few years as hopefully Govt should support the small banks. At least I hope they should not get stung for Libor fixing!!!!

Must admit took some profits pre election as my holding was around £500k.

Looks to me as though forecasts for the current year have been lifted significantly

Pre-tax EPS EPSg P/E PEG DPS Yld %

2015 90.00 29.20 17.30 9.85 0.57 7.25 2.52
2016 108.90 34.90 19.53 8.24 0.42 9.20 3.20

Previous forecasts were for eps of 26p for the current year

Prospective (2016) PE of just 8.24 with PEG down at 0.42!!
