A few more explained - still awaiting the big RNS. Quite nice to be in cheaper than him ;)

"Peter Dubens, a Director of the Company, has purchased 260,000 ordinary shares, of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of 1.4650 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr. Dubens is now interested in 1,410,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.74 per cent. of the issued share capital. "

And it goes on - 40k, 524k, 397k, 260k, all at full 146.5p, but all with no MM moves, suggesting late-reported from the other day (IMO). So just today, in block trades, another 1,350,000 shares have changed hands.

130k at 146.5p full offer now (though suspect that size is delayed from yesterday). Whilst all these 100k+ trades aren't notifiable in themselves, they're very interesting in the context of a co of OCL's size & free float. Still waiting to see who took the 6% the other week at 128p. (These 100k+ blocks may, of course, be a hangover from that share dump - someone took on most but not all of what was sold, the rest going out now at much higher prices).

Yes I think so - the techs are excellent - lots of confluent factors (more than usual) and the very firm background environment of PrEq & EURGBP add a tail wind which helps the rising nav. I have a ghost line/node at around 148.2 (where it may hesitate or come back a touch to confirm) then first target of 173p (gap fill).

LM - nice interpretation. Are we headed back to 170p would you say?

120k more at 145p. Wondering if a few more d buys, time will tell.

2x 100k at 1.45 now, timed 7 seconds apart. Still awaiting Holdings RNS, only two large trades been explained so far. Doubtless a certain IC writer will pick up on the size of the director buy.

A Director spending over£1.5 million is a pretty clear signal that this share is massively undervalued ( we all know about the massive discount to NAV). I think this will be heading north in the not to distant future!

There's 950k & 200k explained - Peter Dubens, non-exec. That's some serious money laid down, and interesting in the context of the free float (though still don't know who took the 6% at 128p).

100k & 200k at 145p now. Finding these trades really interesting - got to be buys, but a long way above the 128p 6% of the co changed hands at the other day (RNS still awaited). 145p still a long way below the NAV of course.

Wondered whether the slightly different sizes were instead of slightly different prices, but the trades weren't booked at the same time, nor under any code that would imply a rollover. Clutching at straws!

No - a rollover would be at marginally different prices. Looks more like a buyback; but we don't have such a Scheme in place - at least I think not!

960k at 137p now; if that's a buy after the 6.5% of the co last week they've been robbed, 9p higher. Still no RNS's for any of the big trades yet.
Edit - now 950k at 137 too, so perhaps a rollover instead.

Trouble with OCL is, never clear if you've seen a bottom or an a*se. Fingers crossed.

The NAV per share as stated on Monday is £2.25 per share. Today we have moved up to trading at £1.33 so the upside here is huge.

Don't think that quite clears Sarasin out? But agree they've previously been the seller. I'm hoping it's buyback rather than Invesco/Ruffer.
