Lost access to BBs for a while, an IE problem I think, but was very pleased to see OCL introduce a dividend policy, and not before time.

Still very curious who sold (and bought) over 6% of the company - I see no way that failure to declare either transaction can be within the rules, but we're months on now.

Interesting bit of adv TA for those interested - there was slowing but no divergence in the momentum osc's as it neared the neckline & bounced (H&S,IHS are complex patterns)
BUT there was in the Chaikin Money Flow - means the sellers clearly weakened as it approached the line - an early tell. TRIX (LT smoothed) looks like its about to flip up

Great chart: Breakout followed by conventional pullback to the breakline; now moving ahead - hopefully to 174p Target

And very positive ST is too. Suggests the very wide discount to nav is likely to narrow very soon. Lets hope he is correct

Oakley Capital acquires Casa.it and atHome.lu
20 December 2016 | 10:01am
StockMarketWire.com - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd has today been informed that Oakley Capital Private Equity III2 (Fund III) has agreed to acquire a portfolio of European real estate websites including Casa.it in Italy and atHome.lu in Luxembourg.

Oakley is backing the existing management team to acquire the business in a carve-out from its parent company, REA Group.

The transaction builds on Oakley's experience in the online consumer sector through its previous investments in Facile.it, Parship Elite Group and Verivox.de.

Oakley is attracted to these business models because of the strong underlying structural market growth in these segments, their asset-light nature which leads to strong cash conversion, and the ability to accelerate performance through effective KPI management, especially around marketing.

At 10:01am: [LON:OCL] Oakley Capital Investments Ltd share price was +0.5p at 150.5p

And substantial discount to NAV with good management. That big ned buy a few weeks back of ~£1.6m was pretty convincing.

Hi LM, todays down tick looks like just the ticket for longs, as the potential turn in the share price tomorrow/friday will be up. This takes out the resistance from the overhead trendline experienced by the share price during the previous two sessions.

Things are going really great. cheers

edit, looks like I got the direction of the turn wrong.

Hi LM, yes it could go higher.

My TP based on Bulkowski's stats for flags, which are normally minimum targets.

Always take stock of the chart, once it spproaches the tp. I'll be keeping an eye out.

Hope some longs have stayed in.

Shame I can't invest here.
Cheers

ps watch the price action just before 24th, it will likely indicate future path

Hadn't realised it was discussed on the other thread. @QS99 - Sarasin we think were the sellers, as they'd previously been a seller (dropped to 9.86%), and about 6.5% went through the market in 3 late-reported blocks, all at same price (implying it wasn't some bought, some sold).

BTEM are building a position in something but the dates didn't tally - unless they'd started small a month earlier.

However - there's still no RNS for the holding, when there should be for any stakes over 5%. Even if you could argue several holders of sub-5% split the shares sold, there should at least have been an RNS from Sarasin.

When I spoke to OCL, I got the strong impression they knew exactly who had sold and who had bought, but were keeping schtum - lending weight to the BTEM theory.

Also, Dubens, despite having been involved with the co from inception, has bought almost his entire, huge stake very recently, at ever-higher prices. That says to me: "We've got an activist shareholder join the register, I'd better get some skin in the game PDQ".

All IMO, all possibly b*llocks, but if it is BTEM then OCL's got a lot further to rise IMO.

(Although - Sky - did you read about DCI in BTEM's AR this morning? All those lovely paragraphs for each holding and how much they'd made/will continue to make, then you get to DCI and: "...Are down 84% since we first bought in". :) Can't win 'em all).
