19/1/2010 08:05 | Completion of the acquisition of Southbank is subject to Admission, which is expected to take place on 20 January 2010 when dealings in the Company's shares on AIM is expected to begin under its new name of Specialist Energy Group plc and under the symbol SEGR and under the ISIN IM00B511CF53. As from Admission the Company's new web-address will become www.segroupplc.com So any remaining doubt about whether the RTO would go ahead is now gone, and tomorrow is the day we get a new code. All exciting in its own way, I suppose. Shame about the share price | tokyojohn
18/1/2010 16:44 | JBRSS I whole heartedly agree with you 200p with 25mil shares only values this at £50 mil, Southbank with secured finance and steady income stream will make most of that on its own Vertus will now have time to succeed without fear of capital running out. The combined offer of clean coal and efficient pump sysytem, to coal fired power plants that need to reduce emmissions and costs means they should be queing up for a deal. | warwick69
18/1/2010 15:49 | I'm upbeat on Nviro, they have sorted the reverse takeover out quickly and smoothly and i think the market will be positive with news. I'm hoping for 200p (20p) by the summer | jbrss
18/1/2010 15:48 | i'd say it'll more than likely be wednesday then when the new shares are issued and we are renamed - if that is the case then how come there are any trades going through at all... | darren81
18/1/2010 15:20 | Agree with that cmpf. | bones30
18/1/2010 15:18 | Had a letter through from Barcs last week saying that I would not be able to trade NVR (SEGR) on-line for a few days from today as the system need time to be updated. Would imagine the same is the case with TDW, self-trade, etc. Think TJohn is probably right that this accounts for the low volume | cmpf
18/1/2010 15:11 | thanks FT - looks like wednesday we have the shareholders of the other company onboard as well as ourselves. | darren81
18/1/2010 15:04 | The timetable is detailed in link below | freethinker8
18/1/2010 15:02 | yeah i thought it was going to be trading under the new name as of today but that doesnt appear to be the case...with a whole 245 traded today thusfar | darren81
18/1/2010 14:52 | As of today it's still NVR, isn't it? Today's RNS is from NVR and makes no mention of Specialised Energy Group. I thought the consolidation today was in preparation for the RTO/name change. Must say the exact schedule escapes me. | tokyojohn
18/1/2010 14:48 | Last I looked on Selftrade mine were listed as N/A with zero value, but I'm sure it's just the processing taking time. Seen it before in similar situations, and they get it right eventually. Maybe explains the low volume today. Even if anyone wanted to buy or sell they probably couldn't. | tokyojohn
18/1/2010 14:48 | NVR no longer exists Darren, it is now called Specialised Energy Group or whatever it is....E*Trade are not up to speed either but I'm not worried about it, they'll get there in the end. | porketh
18/1/2010 14:48 | bones/porketh thanks for the help ! | glyn10
18/1/2010 14:40 | has anyone else's shares for this discopeared on TDW? i have no intention of selling - but rather worrying that there's currently no market value beside NVR on my account!!! | darren81
18/1/2010 13:51 | clearly the next news will be the agreed takeover of southbank hopefully some news will acompany this but as usuual dont hold your breath? | warwick69
18/1/2010 13:50 | Darren, Hayward Tyler brings revenue of about £40 million a year. Agree though that we need some positive news to boost the share price My guess is that will come from successfully licensing out Vertus within the next couple of months. I'm going to wait and see what happens, definitely not selling at this price. Got to remember that they just raised £5m at 76p per share. There simply must be good reasons why institutions bought shares at a 50% premium. | omega09
18/1/2010 13:48 | It would have been nice, but it doesnt look like it was to be. Some time this week would do. | porketh
18/1/2010 13:32 | i doubt we'll receive a boost until we have seen some news on potential revenue sources | darren81
18/1/2010 12:38 | Somewhere in a parallel universe thats a real 900% increase and I just made a fortune lol jl. | jl202
18/1/2010 12:10 | we've got a fair way to go until we're on the leader board for volume - 15 shares traded today! Look out VOD! | porketh
18/1/2010 12:08 | Why arent we on the Leader Board!! Should be No.1 with 900% increase!! | jxman
18/1/2010 11:14 | Yep, for every ten shares you had before, you now have 1. New price is 53.5p a share (i.e. 5.35p on Friday). | porketh
18/1/2010 10:57 | Reduced to 100 I believe. Fairly sure that's what's going on. | bones30 |
