20/1/2010 14:31 | Yes the company seems to be valued at just over £12 million at present. | redhill
20/1/2010 14:02 | Dont foreget Southbank was allegedly worth £40 million on Channel Ilsands stock market, so they are obviuosly happy to trake a small step backwards for exposure to bigger market they will soon realise the old value. | warwick69
20/1/2010 14:00 | Bring it on £50 mill = £2.63 great upside potential | warwick69
20/1/2010 13:41 | This company still below the radar for most small PI investors, but with some marketing akin to report in todays FT will bring more pottential investors when they do some research. | warwick69
20/1/2010 13:41 | For sure. Wont need much at all to see a £50 million market cap in my opinion. A positive trading update, combined with good news regarding Vertus should do the trick. My guess is that we'll see the sale of Vertus for £5-10 million and retain some kind of royalty on revenues generated from it. | omega09
20/1/2010 13:39 | I feel a lot happier holding a smaller percentage of this new business than a larger percentage of Nviro with its depletting cash and pressure. | warwick69
20/1/2010 13:36 | Yes I saw that somewhere so therefore profits will rise pro rata especially as paying down some debt. | warwick69
20/1/2010 13:34 | sales were just under £40 million weren't they warwick? | omega09
20/1/2010 13:30 | Ewan Lloyd Baker, the CEO of Southbank and new CEO of the Nviro Cleantech Plc, commented: "It has always been Southbank's declared intention to transition onto AIM at the appropriate moment. This transaction allows us to fulfil that ambition and provides us with access to a key institutional shareholder base that both understands our technologies and the sectors in which we operate. This will allow the company to further strengthen its balance sheet and support the growth of our core operating business, Hayward Tyler." And i guess the institutions who were happy to pay 76p will be further suportive, buy now below this level before the price corrects to reflect true prospects. 19+ million shares at .62 = about £12 million value on a company with sales of £13 million and forward order book way in excess of current sales. Re rating surely only just round the corner. | warwick69
20/1/2010 13:16 | jbrss Just spoken with old CEO he is going to be Non Executive and he will still be involved with getting Vertus technology to market. Dont foreget this company has technology that can reduce carbon emmissions by between 30% and 40% in the new GREEN world this is going to fill a gap until carbon capture technology will be available. That will be 10 to 15 years away. The new company will start a marketing drive and the market will begin to realise that this is a great British success story waiting to be told tpo the world. I am going to maintain my very high exposure for the long term all in SIPP so heres to gtreat tax free growth. | warwick69
20/1/2010 13:14 | Pleasantly surprised to come back to my screen and find us over 60. That trading statement will be very interesting. It's hard to imagine they'd go to all this trouble getting everything sorted and then release a downbeat statement. | tokyojohn
20/1/2010 13:05 | Nviro have done a fantastic job here, there was a few pessimistic people towards end of last year with the deal but i think this could turn into a really good company. In the FT article it says they will release a trading statement in the next few weeks, hopefully a retrace past that 76p and fingers crossed we get a deal with Vertus | jbrss

20/1/2010 10:53 | Thats usually good advice but doesnt really apply here...the masses are neither buying nor selling. | omega09
20/1/2010 10:50 | buy when the masses are selling and sell when the masses are buying ...a little bit of advice from none other than mr warren buffet | darren81
20/1/2010 10:29 | Jam, Barcs is showing all 4 as buys | cmpf
20/1/2010 10:13 | Just done a dummy buy and sell with Barcs and the spread is showing at 61 - 65p | cmpf
20/1/2010 10:09 | I've just been offered 61p for my shares - have we got a hungry buyer? Anyone heard anything? | cmpf
20/1/2010 10:09 | > why's volume so low? If people can't buy online, think you've answered your own question. | bones30
20/1/2010 10:07 | Keep buying Warwick! - it seems to be doing the trick! :-) | sean333 |
