RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING 
 
Northern AIM VCT PLC ("the Company") announces that at the general meeting held 
on 26 September 2011 the resolution set out in the notice of meeting was duly 
passed by shareholders. 
 
Details of proxy voting on the special resolution put to shareholders at the 
general meeting are as follows:
