On the basis that todays' nice contract will be the start of a run up after the strategic reorganisation.

I wonder if the share price will react to that RNS?

"The Company is pleased to report that both revenue and invoiced sales for the quarter were substantially higher than in the comparative period for the prior year ("2013 Q3"). "

Panmure reissued their Buy with target 178p today, they must be
expecting a lot of growth and seem to be valuing it against US
peers where they value against sales as opposed to earnings for
some reason. But if the US is overvalued in general, as many
believe, Panmure might be a bit optimistic. Dunno, watchlist for
now.

Today's RNS caught my eye, causing me to have a cursory look at this company. Sales increasing very well. Trying to get my head around likely profitability this year. They talk about an "investment" in new hires in arriving at the 2013 loss, but that investment is probably of a recurrent nature. If sales continue to increase pro-rata to the half year for the rest of the year, my back of the envelope calculations reckon they will get to a pre-tax profit of £2M to £3M, which imo makes the present market cap of £27M look about right? I note that the share price hasn't gone anywhere today, despite this good news. Interested, but cautious and on the side-lines for now. Happy to be educated as to why this will be a good investment?

Now that is a magnificent RNS

The Company is pleased to report that both revenue and invoiced sales for the quarter were substantially higher than the prior year quarter. Invoiced sales to clients in high consequence industries represented 82% (2013 Q1: 66%) of total invoiced sales for the quarter which is in line with our strategy of becoming the leading supplier of Talent Management Systems and related compliance solutions to highly regulated industries.

The Company added 17 (2013 Q1: 11) new clients in the quarter of which 65% (2013 Q1: 55%) were in high consequence industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Transportation, Telecommunications and Precision Manufacturing. The proportion of invoiced sales from new business was 41% (2013 Q1: 33%) in the quarter providing further evidence that the investment is beginning to show a return and that we are executing to plan.

Had to look it up myself Mel as not familiar with the term;

An earnings call is a teleconference, or increasingly a webcast, in which a public company discusses the financial results of a reporting period via an 800 number and on the internet. The name comes from the bottom line numbers in the income statement - earnings per share. The U.S. based National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) says that 92% of companies represented by their members conduct earnings calls and that virtually all of these are webcast.[1] Transcripts of calls may be made available either by the company or a third party.
The calls are usually preceded or accompanied by a press release containing a summary of the financial results, and possibly also by a more detailed filing under securities law. Earnings calls usually happen, or at least begin, while the stock market on which the company's shares are traded is closed to trading, so that all investors will have had a chance to hear management's presentation before or after trading in the stock resumes. NIRI issued an updated "best practices" on earnings news releases and conferences calls document available to members and others (July 11, 2013). To obtain a copy of the Standards of Practices go to
Generally, the call will begin with a company official, typically the Investor Relations Officer (IRO) reading a safe harbor statement to limit the company's liability should the future prove different from that stated in the discussion. Then one or more company officials, often including the Chief executive officer and Chief financial officer will discuss the operational results and financial statements for the period just ended and their outlook for the future. The teleconference will then be opened for questions by investors, financial analysts, and other call participants. Management will answer many of these questions, although if the data is not available to them they may decline or defer response. Depending on the size and complexity of the company, the difference between actual and expected results, and other factors, the length of the call will vary.

Read a decent press article about this company a few weeks ago and bought on the back of it.
It looks like there is huge potential to expand and the future looks very rosy.
Share may have more to go. I can see 80p by end of month and over a £1 by May.
