So if they are getting great value,how does that equate to being a great deal for netdimensions shareholders?


I think the co has been sold on the cheap and wonder whether jobs are being given to the boys.

Wait and see imo. I held on to LVD when a 205p low ball offer was made. Another bidder came in and now looks like the end game in sight at 270p. I'm not in a rush to cash in yet!

Well spotted Brummy_git. Hardly irrevocable that kind of commitment!It could be they want to smoke out any other offers because the "auction" was closed. Two weeks and we should know.My CGT bill is big enough for this year so could really do with the sale being delayed till April 5th. Certainly dont feel the need to cash in early.

Here's an interesting tit-bit from today's RNS from LTG

"Furthermore, the irrevocable commitment given by certain NetDimensions Shareholders (as set out in Appendix III to this announcement) will also cease to be binding in the event that a third party announces a competing offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of NetDimensions which is at a price equal to or greater than 110 pence per NetDimensions Share."

Ex cash, then the 100p all cash offer equates to circa 2x 2017 sales. Reasonable, but not super generous

This bid has 56% shareholder support so will be approved.It looks like they have approached other potential suitors too.A rival bid may surface: I am prepared to wait it out.

For what it's worth, I think the agreed price will be somewhere between £1.10 and £1.30 per share in cash
