Max,no i am not buying anymore for the present time, i will watch how it goes.
Fairdeal2008 ,yes that has always been on the cards,however if they did with keith holding 60% or more the regulators might exclude him fom voting,i realy dont know. maybe a management buyout would be better?

You can't manage overheads, revenues or profits
You can't manage technical quality
You can't manage a name change (well it took five years)
You can't strip down a top heavy management team

You could be UK company MD tomorrow...

Probably is a good time to buy I met Rob a while back and it was clear he should have been running this company back then compared to the guys that were.

Only danger is them taking the company private...

yes Malc funny stuff isn' it. Total disregard for shareholders again. The company has always been there to line the pockets of the directors nothing more. U have to laugh look at those administration expenses......ha ha!! Class act this lot.

Yeh it does seem a tad strange but my problem is 25 I can't imagine the company to making money in a market like this when they couldn't make money when it was booming!! Firms paying for consultancy....I'm not so sure.

Yes they mentioned the issue when andy gannon left but it seems a long time to keep him waiting till now and just one day before the results seems odd.
The link was the issue of equity.
