I also notice that in the last statement they said the fourth quarter was profitable so perhaps the results will show a better trend. Another reason perhaps why a MBO is even more likely........they have shown little interest in the shareholders over the last few years, for what it would cost, why not dump us altogether !!!

yes i was thinking i might have a punt at this level, at the present share price with only about 4 million shares in the open market it seems crazy to keep their aim listing, with KY already owning 60% it would only cost him a pittance to buy up the rest.A.

Very possibly given the financial weakness of the company.
Im always hoping for some good news but it appears theres one event after another,that dashes my hopes.
Pension problems, contract problems to the tune of £400,000

Litigation? costing £400k + legal costs to show on next results....Did I miss an rns on that one?

£1m impairment for Fernhart and ITM.....how long can neb afford to carry them?
Good news though that they traded profitably in final quarter....can they keep it up?
