Voting Rights update

 

National Grid's registered capital as of 1 July 2024 consisted of 5,052,587,194 ordinary shares, of which, 240,846,930 were held as treasury shares; leaving a balance of 4,811,740,264 with voting rights.

The figure of 4,811,740,264 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, National Grid under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
