12/3/2017 09:44 | Quite. Perhaps. ' In your opinion.' Have to stop digging holes for yourselves, with the 'whole world and his dog' watching you fall in, before you try to clamber out again. We'll see how the market reacts to the circumstances of another long term investment (rather than an informed quick, and to an extent damaging opportunity) as an active merchant bank. | suneday
11/3/2017 11:02 | It is clearly the latest in a series of scurrilous direct assertions and insinuation, with failing effort to disguise those in some cases as (honest) opinion, in attempts to 'smear' the Mxcp business and the personal integrity of its full board of directors and through them on to its investee companies, present and future, and though directed at the Mxcp 'management' in the light of previous posts presumably must include the advisory side through to Mr. Weaver ( and Mr. Smith ) | suneday
10/3/2017 07:08 | There isn't one | muffster
10/3/2017 00:39 | A serious accusation. The assertion that the management/advisory team (I take it you may mean to include Mr.Smith and Mr.Weaver ) are untrustworthy and are deliberately acting contrary to the best interests of shareholders. However, I fail to see how they can restore their reputations overnight, if their brand is now tarnished in line with your stated assertions, however they position themselves, and they'd need a buyer at some sort of value for all their shares were they to sell any of their illiquid listed companies. Can't do a quick job like Redcentric. I understood the RCN enquiry was into the audit/auditors signing off bad accounts, which would I imagine cause the FCA to converse at least with former CEO Weaver, the link in the chain. But I've not heard of a full blown enquiry into the historic affairs of Mxcp - a fishing exercise? Why do you say that? | suneday
09/3/2017 22:08 | Correct me if I'm wrong......The trading update was up to 28th February when CTP share price was 56p and not all the RCN gains are counted for in the period. From RNS...During the period and post period end divested all of the Redcentric plc shares realising a total gain of £3.3 million of which £1.0 million was attributable to the period. | jayfella72
09/3/2017 21:51 | Best you wait until the investigation is concluded re RCN and all possible contagion is thoroughly investigated. This buying of CTP shares is extremely out of order imo MXCP shareholders funds are being used to pump up CTP so that MXCP's losses and drop in NAV doesn't look so bad. IN MY OPINION. Its not very professional if you ask me, and you did!! All their in house companies are built on debt lots of debt. It concerns me and it should concern you ;) | chimers
09/3/2017 21:37 | Hey Chimers... where's this heading now ? Buy low for a turnaround or is it going to plateau where it currently is ? | pottermagic2310
03/3/2017 16:06 | Maybe they gonna buy more CTP lol................. | chimers
03/3/2017 15:05 | Looks like they just sold their last 1.6m in RCN 30 minutes ago. What next then?....... | jayfella72
03/3/2017 13:46 | Big sell off of RCN for about £5m ! | pottermagic2310
03/3/2017 10:49 | Only a matter of time now........... | quokkatech
03/3/2017 10:23 | RNS.. just sold £4.7m of RCN shares. | jayfella72
03/3/2017 09:12 | Lots of IDs. One brain cell. | suneday
02/3/2017 19:51 | And they say "I" have lots of ID's ffs!! Theres been plenty high days. | chimers
02/3/2017 18:52 | AIM regulations determine maximum size of buyback in any one day. It's related to percentage of trading that day.Nothing to do with what the Company wants. | trill1
02/3/2017 15:14 | surely all these small buy backs are costing the company money to undertake. Also RNS cost money...why do they not just buy back a large chunk in one go rather than all these small buybacks. To me whilst they keep buying back in small quantities then the share price must in their eyes must be going to fall further... | twodegrees
22/2/2017 21:26 | I'm guessing the only thing to do with this for now, is buy at the next low, perhaps around 1.4p and hope for something +ve to happen ? | pottermagic2310
22/2/2017 08:09 | Bet they're glad they got shot of ACM to NCC lol. | patientcapital
15/2/2017 17:38 | Chart of retracement Taking the last movement up from 1.75 to 2.425p then there is a 76.4% retracement at 1.91p ( at today's closing place ) | master rsi |
