20/10/2016 10:28 | According to Chimers, now is the time to invest (or if it goes lower), then reap the rewards when a Tender occurs and the offer or share price is quite a bit higher... he might ramble a bit, quite often but there seems to be something to what he's been saying | pottermagic2310

11/10/2016 13:34 | They trousered over £500k each from the tender from memory :)so whats left from the new patio has gone back in by the looks. | chimers
11/10/2016 13:33 | Thats £120k's worth by the way which is quite a decent lump for a top up. I guess they can afford it but all the same greedy is as greedy does etc. | chimers
11/10/2016 13:07 | Right so , just me then ;) | chimers
11/10/2016 12:41 | 3p has always been the price it bounces off. You can buy today at 3p. Free money for sale. | chimers
11/10/2016 12:40 | Its not about them "needing " money to invest (their bank balance is very healthy) Its about an investor "wanting" to invest in order to profit. And once again today you get yet another Smith and Weaver top up. WHY ? Who knows. Who cares. They are evil capitalist scum. They make their money make money. BUY. | chimers
11/10/2016 12:36 | They are playing this game well. Tender @ 3.6 and buy a few back at 3. | patientcapital
11/10/2016 12:35 | lOOK IT WORKS LIKE THIS. MXCP cant pay a dividend because it is registered in Bombay or Jersey or whatever ok. So to get around the rules and be able to pay a "dividend" it does so by using "tender offers" Its not about buying back shares its about paying a dividend and this way enables them to do so. They are not interested in share buybacks for the sake of spending company excess funds. They are wanting to pay a return on the shares to investors and this is the only way they can do so legally. They can buy shares from investors at a premium price for a set amount of shares thus in effect paying them a dividend. Now................. AND................. Well ? Tell ya what bud , there are red flags and there are green flags. It will pay you to learn which is which. BUY ALL YOU CAN AT 3p. THEY ARE!! I AM!! Its a green flag. Its an open invitation to grow your bank balance (or stuff yer mattress if you prefer) | chimers
15/9/2016 07:49 | WTF?? So they've just raised funds at 3p having literally one week ago completed the tender offer. To my mind: 1. If they need the money to invest, don't do the tender offer; or 2. If they don't need the money, don't dilute shareholders with a discounted placing. Doesn't make sense.... | happygolucky
08/9/2016 07:10 | Things running along nice and smoothly.gla. | withoutt |
