What is the Roadshow for? Do you think they will be looking at a placing to fund International expansion, or are they more likely to franchise that out to minimise cost and exposure (albeit also upside)?

Wake up guys !

Rumour is Pyrhho are increasing their stake to 30% prior to making cash offer for MWB.

Based on Pyrrho's last holding RNS of 22% holding, and buying today / recent days of 4.4 % (1,000,000 at 36p, 1,000,000 @ 39p, 1,075,000 @ 42p) with perhaps more to come this afternoon, imho, we may get takeover approach this weekend with RNS first thing on Monday !!! :-)

I would be disappointed too - have held these for years - too long perhaps but I would hope for at least 80p

I would be disappointed at that, as I think the value of the group is far more.

Would be madness to sell out on the cheap, just as the businesses are turning the corner.
