Ok point taken but not everybody was or is aware of the third and main creditor.

.....and how dare you mention Bilko, Fertig/Pilsworth in the same sentence.

If Bilko were running MTV there would be an all out bid war between Apple, Microsoft and Samsung after Bilko had convinced them that one billion Tablet TVs had been sold to China.

I know who the creditors are.

My point with that reference to a supposed comment of his, was that Len appeared to be shrugging his shoulders and saying it was not his problem.

There are three main creditors. Bergen where they owe £400k. HISCAN where they owe £800k and the main creditor CityGroup Global Markets Ltd where they owe £1,393,795. CityGroup was the main CLN holder that MTV Investments agreed with (on behalf of MTV PLC) to acquire the 31/12/2015 due CLN for £150k. As the deal did not go through the whole amount is now due, plus interest plus legal fees for CityGroup.

Click onto Filing History then View PDF. Scroll down to page 25 to read the legal obligation. Clifford Chance was the solicitor that drew up the agreement between both parties.

Once again it falls on me to bring clarity.

Thank you pwhite, I had seen the comments and commotion over that manual and just shook my head.
I think many still have high hopes for the company to be sold for a lot more than 80k or for the company to have a white knight save them and they relist and everybody makes major papers. They are forgetting that the company has no finance and no real long term business plan other than flying by the seat of their pants. Somebody buying out would no want to take the business as is, and would just integrate whatever they see of value into their R&D.

People talking rubbish about an Acquisition Manual over on LSE.

They need to understand the AM does not exist. You order a copy and pay upfront. A team of teenage admin staff and excel boffins then cobble all the RNS's together, director statements, interviews and produce a glowing report on the company with charts, graphs and profit forecasts. They then sell it onto mugs for a couple of gran.

Is MTV up for sale?. Well of course it is that's why there's an intention to call in administrators. The two go hand in hand.

Another consolidation on the cards Imo.
Company update expected today, it is April 1st after all, regarding the administrators. Nobody is getting any cash back, unless you have a dongle... The dongle is worth more than the company right now Imo.

MTV appears to have gone from the drop down menu on Lse,(top left hand search box) but the board is still there if you search for it on the main search page. That was maybe what the yellow warning triangle was for.
