I said that they would be unlikely to see the Nomadless month out before the administrators were called in. It is just a matter of paper work filing now. I hope it does take until Mon to appoint administrators formally, then my guess at a date of 29 Feb will be spot on.

Fertig took your money and pocketed it, the creditors are not going to let him have a penny more of theirs. Only the secured creditors will get anything back and that will probably be no more than 10p in the £, could even be nothing - I have seen examples where the administrators could not even raise enough to cover their own fees.

There are plenty more Fertigs out there and one day Fertig will be back too. Unless you learn the lessons they will be lining their pockets with your cash.
